Unfortunately you can't leave zero stars. I would strongly…read morecaution anyone considering Jennifer Taylor at the Hendersonville office. After a procedure involving my care resulted in surgery being performed on the wrong location on my head, I returned to the office wanting to understand how this happened and what could have been done to prevent it. Instead of compassion, I experienced an incredibly confrontational interaction with Jennifer. She came into the room visibly upset and defensive, argued with me, and repeatedly focused on distancing herself from any responsibility. I made it clear multiple times that the surgeon who actually performed the procedure had already taken responsibility. My concern was how the process broke down so badly that I ended up having surgery in the wrong location. Most disturbing was being told that the words I was using were "red flags" and that I was not a "safe patient" while I was trying to advocate for myself after what I had just experienced. The office manager showed virtually no empathy afterward and made an already horrible situation even more upsetting. I have never felt so dismissed or poorly treated by a medical practice. A patient dealing with the aftermath of a serious error deserves compassion, professionalism, and a willingness to listen--not hostility for asking how it happened.

Dr Hutchin worked me to n at the end of his work day. The staff was great and Dr Hutchin was extremely professional and just GREAT! He did an biopsy then and there, sent it to the lab, right then. He did told me it was a reaction to a med my primary. I was hospitalized and Dr Hutchins even came and saw me in the hospital and he brought staff treating me with information on my condition. Thank you Dr Hutchin.

I had a skin cancer removed by this doctor at dermatology of north asheville clinic two years ago.I…read moream not sure what to expect from a large piece of flesh cut out of my body but the scar is atrocious and crooked as if the surgeon never took a sewing class. he was very clear that I would have a big scar, but some people can do a good job sewing and some cannot. the main reason I post this review is because the doctor has a psychology degree yet I was layed on my side with the surgical table directly in front of my face. the doctor stood behind me, with the nurse standing in front of my torso. he handed bloody instruments across my body to her and laid the huge chunk of flesh they removed from me upon the tray.from a medical perspective it was interesting to see the blood, skin and adipose tissue, but from any doctor, especially one with a psychology degree this seems like an incredible oversight. why wasn't the nurse standing next to the doctor or the surgical tray placed by my knees or feet? the building is very posh and professional, their covid procedures were in place. this is the second and duplicate review i am posting for both the clinic and the doctor
