How hard is it to remove a cyst and have it disappear with just a scar which I was told I would have. I was fine with that, but that's not what I got. I've got a bump only half as small as the original size of the cyst.

She is an incredible listener -- she doesn't rush you, she gives you all the time you need, and you can tell she truly hears every concern. What really sets her apart is how compassionate and dedicated she is. She went above and beyond trying to get my daughter's medications at an affordable price - making calls, doing follow-ups, and working through different options until it worked for us. No one does that anymore, but she did. She carefully adjusted and changed medications as needed, always checking back in to make sure things were going exactly the way they should. Dr. Marks has a warmth about her that reminds me of a loving grandmother taking care of her grandchildren - gentle, protective, and incredibly attentive. Many appts have been scheduled incorrectly and we have showed up for an appointment that they claim didn't exist. in fact this last one was urgent and game home early from vacation, paying a lot of money to do so, and once again they didn't have our appt in the system and were very rude and obnoxious, took zero ownership, didn't apologize and couldn't get us in for several days. In addition there has been serveral times they have given us conflicting information and are very difficult to work with!! Since I have switched to Riva Dermatology and they are excellent!!!!
