Compliments to Dr A's assistants Ashley and Tricia for their care and kindness. (Top level staff at this facility in every respect). (Especially after I had to miss my initial procedure date, due to first government shut down and consequent airline cancellation.) I only wish Yelp offered 6 stars. After a procedure involving my care resulted in surgery being performed on the wrong location on my head, I returned to the office wanting to understand how this happened and what could have been done to prevent it. Instead of compassion, I experienced an incredibly confrontational interaction with Jennifer. She came into the room visibly upset and defensive, argued with me, and repeatedly focused on distancing herself from any responsibility. I made it clear multiple times that the surgeon who actually performed the procedure had already taken responsibility. My concern was how the process broke down so badly that I ended up having surgery in the wrong location. Most disturbing was being told that the words I was using were "red flags" and that I was not a "safe patient" while I was trying to advocate for myself after what I had just experienced. The office manager showed virtually no empathy afterward and made an already horrible situation even more upsetting. I have never felt so dismissed or poorly treated by a medical practice. A patient dealing with the aftermath of a serious error deserves compassion, professionalism, and a willingness to listen--not hostility for asking how it happened.

This clinic does everything they can and they do the best, but DO NOT BE FOOLED: you are BURNING your skin and actually making CRATERS in your skin. This is really serious stuff and I battled infection for 5 weeks. This is not the fault of the laser clinic but I do not want anyone else to take this lightly. Where I once had a tattoo, I now have a tattoo shaped scar. Please be careful. Please private message me with any questions. I have had two sessions done and that was enough to know that my LIFE is more important than my physical appearance. I just had a lovely experience with the amazing ladies at the Complete Laser Clinic of Asheville inside the Asheville Mall. It just so happens that I had been looking to remove a hideous tattoo of mine for a very long time and had been comparing reputable local businesses around Asheville when I stumbled upon this location while on a lunch break. I went in to inquire about weight loss options and discovered that they offer laser tattoo removal. The ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and quickly answered all my questions as I was on my lunch break and didn't have much time. A nurse practitioner was able to whisk me back into a treatment room for a quick consultation and she measured me for my tattoo removal and quoted me a VERY reasonable price. She was kind and soft spoken. They scheduled me for the very same day and worked around my busy schedule. Now to the actual appointment: I arrived on time and was brought back to my treatment room immediately. My nurse gave me my lidocaine to numb my hand and was very gentle. She then gave me green protective eyewear and began the laser removal. My tattoo is very small and she finished quickly. Y'all, I thought this tattoo removal thing was absolutely the COOLEST thing to ever happen. I was totally fascinated by the process. It was barely painful and watching her zap away my ugly tattoo was totally amazing. She chatted with me the entire way through and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. These ladies are extremely professional. I am very serious about returning not only for my follow-up tattoo removal treatments but also for their weight loss programs. I don't have enough good things to say about this clinic. Excellence!
