I went today as a new patient to Advanced Dermatology and Skin Surgery for my annual skin check up and feel so blessed and lucky to have found such a caring, warm, and professional dermatology office. From the front desk staff that welcomed me, to the medical assistants assisting Dr.Zivony, to the staff that greeted me in the hallways, to the staff that checked me out, I was so impressed by their attentiveness, their eye contact, their clear delivery of medical questions and information, and their genuine care for me and my health. Dr. Zivony has such a sincere, professional, and calming chair-side manner. I appreciated his listening to my concerns about a certain mole that I had on my back and giving me clear information about the different type of moles in a way I could really understand. I felt so at ease and well informed. I felt confident that he looked at all of my many moles carefully and thoroughly which gave me great comfort and confidence in him as my new dermatologist. I ended up needing a procedure and again so appreciated the time and care he took to explain exactly what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. His knowledge and love for his work came through in his care for me. They are only wanting to refund half of the amount and keep $2500 on a free promo as you might imagine this is in my opinion unethical fast. I love it just as much as I love her , I usually see her about all 3 weeks for a fill of my Lashes and am always happy with the results . I don't need mascara and I hardly use any other eye make up and still feel made up nicely all the time. My lashes look natural and not fake at all. I was once in Las Vegas and had a refill done there and seriously had stripper lashes afterwards. I told my hairdresser that I like to get my lashes done and she replied that I wouldn't need that because my lashes are beautiful not knowing that I had them done! That's how good they look. I will be back and back again. Parking is plentiful and free at this location there is somebody at the reception that can help you at any time.

Just came here for the first time to get a volume set from Heidi and I had a fantastic experience…read more Unfortunately I had gotten a set just over a week before from a completely different place in Asheville and that set was pretty awful. In the end my previous set was not salvageable and had to be removed (too much glue etc). Heidi was so fun to chat with which made the time fly by, but she's also a total pro who has skills! She took her time and gave me a gorgeous volume set that I love. They are absolutely perfect. Other notes- after getting the full set Gaze gives you an adorable tote with lash cleanser and a brush- very nice touch. Heidi also gave me a blanket to keep me toasty- I really should have fallen asleep but ended up yakking away the whole time ‍ next time I vow to make her job easier by keeping my face still. Bottom line: Worth every penny. Highly recommend and can't wait to keep coming back.
