I was told that I didn't need to worry because the cleaners know what to do. On June 4 I received a text letting me know the estimated time the cleaners were expected to be there. On June 5 I went to my apartment to unlock the door before I went to work. All day I was expecting a text to let me know that the cleaners had arrived or at least finished. When I didn't receive a text by 2:00 pm I ran to my apartment just to see if the cleaners had been there. I opened the door and the smell of bleach let me know they had cleaned so I looked the door and ran back to work. Around 3:00pm I sent a text about how much I would be charged. I was told that the cleaners were there just shy of 2 hours and I would be charged $236. It wasn't until the next morning when I went back to my apartment to see what the cleaners had done did I realize how bad the job was. The list of what they didn't clean is longer than the list of things they did clean. I had to go back to my apartment after work to clean what they missed. 1) the oven was only partially clean 2) they didn't clean the warming drawer of the oven 3) they didn't clean the toilet 4) the bathtub was just wiped down 5) they didn't clean the hair in the drain 6) the cleaner they used damaged the drains in the tub and bathroom sink. 7) the vacuuming they did was horrible because there was cat hair and debris left behind. I was asked to write a review and I did. I was contacted a short time later. They were sorry I had a bad experience. I was then told that if I had contacted them last night or this morning they could have sent a crew out to fix it. I was also told that they would talk to the staff about my experience. So their solution to a poor cleaning job they did is to blame the client. I am never using them again!

    I recently moved and had heard decent things about this cleaning company, and so I hired them for a…read moremove-in/out clean at both my previous and current places. This was going to be a trial run to see if I would like to hire them to do regular monthly cleans, so I was happy to find they did such a great job and were so thorough for the cleans. So I called their office shortly after and committed to monthly deep cleans. The first monthly clean was okay, but there were obvious signs of neglect, such as gross countertops and some areas looked like they hadn't been touched. So I figured it was an off day and decided to give them one more try. The second monthly clean was highly disappointing. Areas were not dusted, my kitchen still felt gross, and my bathrooms felt skimped. What makes matters worse is that I have cameras in and around my home, and I was watching as two of three maids were just standing in my living room for a good 20 minutes, not cleaning, just talking. The third was upstairs cleaning during this time and I watched as one of them took their hand and brushed off my table, instead of wiping it down with a cloth. I was so appalled when I got home and found dust on so much of my furniture and after having seen the camera footage, I called their office to let them know what happened. Once I said that I didn't want to have them clean my house again, I was met with "okay have a nice day!" And hung up on me. If this new office manager is there to help with issues with the business and service, maybe do what you can to make things right. I didn't want them coming back to my house because they had proved themselves to be overlooking the minute details. Which, if you are claiming to be a professional cleaning company, I would expect way more than this.

I was giving 2 stars only because the owner came out to show the lady how to mop a floor. I changed to 1 star because I just saw my credit card payment and I was charged for the extra time they had to take to re-mop the floor when I was specifically told I would not have to pay for this. They began at 10:45 and stopped at 12 pm. My house is kept clean for the most part so when cleaners come over, they think it looks clean enough so they typically let lots of things go. When I pay $98 an hour, I don't expect to see dust or dirt on the floors. My house got a "hotel room" cleaning in my opinion. I went behind them to disinfect with my Norwex cloths because I didn't see a lot of cleaning towels so I feel like my sink and counter could have been cleaned with the same cloth used in the bathroom. To be more specific, I have included a list so that you can decide if I am being unreasonable. 1. No throw rugs were moved to vacuum or mop in living room. They didn't move the bar stools in order to clean the kitchen floor. Bathroom rugs were not vacuumed. Area rugs were not raised up on the edges to get to the dirt. Area rugs were not vacuumed. 2. The edges of the floors were still dirty. I don't know how they "cleaned" the floor before mopping, but it was not clean next to the wall. I requested my steam mop be used to disinfect and they tried to use it, but when done, the floors were smeared and dull. When they left I noticed the pads were barely wet so I'm guessing she had the steamer on dust instead of mop or scrub. They had to go back over the floor with their Smops, after I moved the bar stools and small items from the floor. I went over the floors again with the steamer after they left. Why not, I had to mop the bathrooms and laundry room anyway! 3. The bathroom floors and laundry room floors were not mopped at all. 4. The shower floor and walls were not cleaned in either bathroom. Only the glass was cleaned in the shower and the tubs were dusted but not cleaned. Upon arrival, I was asked if it was ok to use Clorox in the bathroom. I said yes, but no Clorox or any cleaner that I can tell was used. Water and a rag are not my idea of a clean tub. The sinks were wiped to get the dust out, but not "cleaned". 5. The stairs were not vacuumed. 6. The stainless appliances were streaked and the refrigerator handles were not cleaned at all. There were also crumbs left behind the kitchen sink. 7. The bowls in the commodes were clean before they arrived but the dust on the outside of the commode remained when they left. 8. Communication was non existent. One managed to ask me a couple of questions upon arrival but when I answered, I got the deer in headlight look and a head shake. I will not be using them a second time and I feel slighted that I paid for this service since I had to go behind them and clean myself.
