I have electric baseboard heaters and the installer damaged the heater during the installation. Not only did they cover the cost of the replacement heater, they also took care of the installation and it is working great. We had a small job (one room) so this repair effort was likely a large chunk if not all of their profit. Yet, they did the right thing and that really means a lot. We will definitely be going back to them for some much larger jobs we are planning for our home.
