I cannot possibly convey how awesome Christensen Plumbing is all around. When I texted them for a…read moreservice request, they replied to the text within minutes. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and immediately started receiving notifications from their computer system. Two of their staff showed up as scheduled and were able to provide an immediate estimate, and then were able to start work right away. They fixed two major issues - an outdoor leaking faucet (in winter when it was cold), and an indoor shutoff valve. Their team replaced our 30 year old hand-crank shutoff valve with an amazing, easy-to-use modern system (see photo attached to this review). What is hard to convey is their level of professionalism. The entire Christensen Plumbing team is on top of their game. From start to finish, they were amazing.

The estimate was not the lowest, but not the highest, but it was the most correctly dialed in to our actual plumbing, and unlike other plumbers, he did an actual hands on evaluation instead of giving an estimate based on an eyeballing of a fixture. Because he was ready to work, we were able to get business dealt with that same day. While working on our plumbing, he was courteous, respected our space, and got the job done in a timely manner, with excellent post work cleanup. It shouldn't be hard, and there shouldn't be a fight to get service, but so many plumbers locally seem to send out salesmen, not people ready to work. The Go With The Flow Plumbing experience was extremely pleasant, because it was very no nonsense and direct. Go with the flow plumbing will be my go-to from now on, and I'm extremely pleased!

I have a Liberty Pumps ALM-2 high-water alarm in my basement. The first plumber who came out told me that the grinder pump was not working and needed to be replaced, quoting me $3,130.06. I decided to get a second opinion. Blandon and Hayden from Service Pro Plumbing came out and determined that the pump did not need to be replaced and that it simply needed to be cleaned. They performed the necessary service for about $1,000, and the alarm and pump are now working perfectly. I was very pleased with their service and appreciated that they did not recommend an unnecessary replacement. Based on this experience, I decided to sign up for their annual maintenance plan.

It was a good experience from the outset. We received a text that he was on his way and his photo - security conscious. He was driving a clean, logo'd van. He smiled, made eye contact, introduced himself and shook hands. He looked over the situation and gave his recommendations. We were pleasantly surprised at his professionalism and high-quality work. He replaced the faucet with a better quality one and reconnected the hoses. He was clean and organized. I would repeat that we will call Service Pro Plumbing again - and hope that the technician is Zack.

I called Sutherland to get an estimate for replacing my water heater after my neighbor's unit…read morestarted leaking. Since all of our homes were built around the same time, I assumed my water heater was also 17 years old and might need replacement soon. After I sent photos of my water heater and the model details, Ti took the time to look up the serial/model number on the Bradford White website and discovered that my unit was actually only 11 years old, not 17 as I had thought. He texted me back and asked for clearer photos to confirm the manufacturing date. I called him right away, and even though I currently have no issues with my water heater, he generously spent time explaining everything in detail. He told me that Bradford White is a very reliable water heater and that this model generally does not require routine tank draining for maintenance. He also gave me valuable advice for the future, recommending that when I eventually replace the unit, I should install it on a metal drain pan with moisture detection for leak protection. I was genuinely impressed by his honesty, knowledge, and willingness to help without trying to sell me something I don't need right now. He could have easily pushed for a replacement, but instead he gave me thoughtful, professional advice and saved me unnecessary expense. I truly appreciate the time he spent helping me over the phone, and I would absolutely recommend Sutherland to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable professional.

A plumber who wants to work with you tells you how to do this safely. It's still working great today. This is the basic 3 star benchmark for any company -- the bare minimum. Henco was unique among my contractor interactions of recent years in that they actually applied some critical thought to the situation! Where others (including other quotes for the same project) insisted that their first knee-jerk (and whaddya know, more expensive) idea was the ONLY way to address a situation, the Henco team listened to our needs, thought through options for redirecting the pump and drain pipes, and ended up doing a reliable and good job on an alternative (and in hindsight, best) approach that no other quoters came up with. Respect and thought shouldn't be extraordinary, but in 10 years of homeownership it is evident that most contractors don't bother with them, while still asking for 5 stars. Those ones don't get 5 stars. Henco does!
