I have not tried the bistro yet, but this is my second time seeing a concert in the music hall…read more The music hall is on the smaller side, making each show more intimate than one in a larger venue. There is a bar in the back and additional seating in a balcony area. There really isn't a bad seat in the house, and both times I went the tickets were less than $50. I will definitely be back again.

The infinity music hall in Hartford is easily accessible and surrounded by several restaurants…read more There is a parking garage directly behind, however, there's no sign in the garage that points you into the theater so you may end up walking much further than necessary. The process to get inside is a bit disorganized, but everyone is doing their best. The acoustics are nice. The challenges are far more plentiful. The stage is unusually high - which means the front row is likely incredibly uncomfortable with kinked necks unless they stand the entire show. The seats are unbelievably close to each other - so much so that we saw people forfeit their seats because they couldn't fit into the row. If someone needs to exit the row, everyone must get up and move out of the row due to limited room. (Men- do not stand and make women slide past you. That's gross.) A little more effort could go into the experience, for instance, there was very little room at the stage for people to dance during The English Beat. I think it's important for any theatre to understand who they're hosting and how the crowd enjoys the music. Overall, the performance was great, but the theatre could use some adjusting. I wouldn't return unless it was a must see.

If you want you could even take classes here if you want to be a part of the fun. Sundays are family shows (rated G). Although Saturday shows err on the side of adult situations, they are not vulgar, a swear here and there. I've been here twice and both times the staff was amazing, warm and welcoming. There is an elevator, you just need to ask for it. They have drinks and snacks, just check on line for what you might find there. Get over there!! You're missing out if you haven't been already!! Great way to spend Saturday evening.

They have a ticket counter with all sorts of Sea Tea swag, a snack bar with soda, beer, seltzer and a variety of snacks. The seating is comfortable with drink holders built in (this makes it even easier to clap and cheer for the very funny comedy)! And, of course, the Improv teams always do an amazing job performing live improv comedy - totally original and unscripted silliness. My favorite place to spend a night out in Hartford.

We didn't try any food and did have to bus the dirty table we sat at ourselves but the staff was stretched thin so no hard feelings. We each had well drinks that came in plastic cups and were good pours. The architecture and sound was good for all the bands and the mixture of people and vibes was fantastic a super cool spot we would def go back for another show.

There was plenty of room for dancing, vendors, and some tables which people sat at. There's nothing special to the space though. I believe the DJs set up the winter theme so without that, it's a great canvas for shows. All of their sets were amazing but Kasey is a beaaaaaast. That girl can spin some tracks, check her out ASAP. There were drinks specials so I stuck to a tequila sunrise. Thankfully I didn't have any issues but my friends drinks were really inconsistent. One of them literally just had orange juice. I didn't get to try food but nothing looked appealing from what was coming out for other people so I didn't feel that I missed out. I can't see myself stopping in on a random day but for a show I think the venue was sufficient.

After being dragged here once we've returned two more times and just enjoy the pure mayhem of it all. Irish-American folks and wannabees all running amok. The real acid-test of this bar was the fact that staff as well as customers are friendly and fun-loving unconditionally. Our first go-around was in the company of a local celebrity -- the drinks came fast and kept coming. Several customers ambled over to meet & greet our friend. Next visit we went without him and yet found the service swift and the atmosphere quite friendly. One in our party became rather obviously drunk -- and but for being shut-off he was not made to feel uncomfortable nor were we. Mind you, our crew is usually very well-behaved. But, hey, this place brings out the lush in all of us, I guess. On a recent afternoon we discovered there was some kind of food, roast beef with potatoes and gravy, I think. It smelled awesome but we were here for the booze. Cheerful, efficient bar staff kept 'em coming. Our visits were all week-end afternoons, so can't comment on the night life. Great staff is attentive and doesn't rush you along if you have a question.
