He also demanded payment in full, prior to ordering. His wife called me two days prior to what he claimed was a factory price increase and instructed me to ZELLE funds to his account. I did so, but ZELLE would not do an immediate transfer (two days). The bank provided him with legitimate confirmation of payment codes for proof of payment. He refused to accept them. At the end of our telephone conversation, he began to swear at me profusely and wanted a 100% money wire to cover payment. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is top notch. These guys also worked their tails off. Despite it being 90+ degrees, they worked tirelessly the entire day and were able to complete our patio ahead of schedule! To our surprise, they even took the time to backfill the disturbed area next to the new patio with loam and even spread some seed on it for us. Leo and Regiane were great communicators throughout the project and the patio is perfect. A+ all around! Will highly recommend them. Additionally, living in the age of Covid, the staff took all safety precautions necessary, including wearing masks whenever they were unable to stay socially distance and always when meeting with us on-site without prompting which we greatly appreciate.
