Jonathan was always very responsive to messages. Communication about the progress of the project was very clear. He made sure to confirm with us what we want and also provided good suggestions along the way. He also gave us recommendations on how to update other parts of the house. During COVID, Jonathan and his team followed the proper measures and made sure there weren't many people working in the house when we are around. He completed our remodeling in time and everything was done beautifully. Our bathrooms look much better than before. Overall, we really enjoyed working with Jonathan. We highly recommend Tobar Construction for your next project.

Bill is very knowledgable, especially when it came to actually building this addition. He knew every single code off the top of his head and would come by almost every morning to go over the day's plan with his guys. "This goes here, that goes there, make sure these get lag bolted and these get hurricane tied, etc." It was amazing to watch him work his powers. His guys were super friendly, hard working, and showed up on time every morning at 7:30 on the nose. The final product came out fantastic, and we have had zero issues. He even lined up the blue board and plastering to be done while we were on vacation. We left with just studs and came home to freshly plastered walls! Overall I can't say enough good things about Bill and the McKenzie Group. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reputable, professional contractor.
