My sister and I came to check out the new Five Below the weekend it opened and I wasn't sure what to expect I guess I was expecting a typical Five Below but when I walked in I got so much more.. This Five Below is much bigger than others I've been into and the setup is nicer and isn't scattered like most. It's obviously very clean (it just opened I would sure hope so) and very bright! They have a very large candy section which is in the middle of the store, lots of clothes and tees which are in the back and along the walls. They even had goodies of our local sports teams (Browns, Cavs and Indians) which was really nice to see especially since Ohioans love to represent our teams. One of my favorite things about this location was that they offer self checkouts which makes it a faster and easier experience. I've never seen that at any of the other stores. I think others should follow this because the lines were going faster and made it just overall a better experience especially when it was so busy. If you're looking for some great merch but don't want to spend all of your money check out the new Five Below at the Shoppes. It's clean, staff was friendly, a nice stock and you probably won't leave empty handed.

Some Vietnam vet by the name of Andy, claimed he wasn't trying to sell me any services, comes to my…read morehome to give me an estimate for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. After a full walkthrough of the house, he quotes me three packages of different prices. Standard Duct cleaning for $3100, duct cleaning and sanitize for $3340, and duct, sanitize and dryer vent for $3450. My house isn't mansion, it's a standard 3000 sqft home in a modest neighborhood. He also said we have to be out of the house for 6-8 hours while they do the cleaning. I have had my ducts cleaned before in my previous home and that only costed me 250. Even Stanley steemer, quoted me between 500-700 and would finish the job around 2 hours. Don't trust this so called, "family owned business." If I could post a picture of my estimate of what this Douchebag wrote up for me I would. Hopefully nobody falls for this dumpster fire of a company. Dishonest and a huge scam. FYI, the national average for duct cleaning is only 350-1000. How am I quoted at three times the price for one cleaning!

The man that called me back after I called to schedule and appointment I would never have thought to be addressed in the manner that I was. The condescending and rude tone given when discussing the need of my area rug was truly so offending that I had to stop him, and then decided I would call another company because of the way I was being address. I literally was stunned and shocked as I was to be a new potential client to be treated this way. I would not recommend this business to anyone that I know. I hope that I just caught this person on a bad day because it would upset me to know that this is how this person runs a business.

I'll go back to my old dry cleaner. I only switched because of location. Garments were clean, but for the amount dry cleaning I do in a month, I'll go broke there. Nothing affordable about this place. Also, like previous review by another customer, I too felt like I was bothering him.

They never have your clothes ready by the extended date and time they quote. And most recently, they claimed to "lose" almost $1500 worth of clothing I had dropped off for dry cleaning. Really disheartening…read more Got my wedding dress steamed and pressed only. My mom picked up the dress yesterday and when she opened the bag at home, she called me crying. The dress has more wrinkles in it than when I dropped it off, they broke my garment bag zipper, and overall the dress is worse than when I initially dropped it off. I immediately drive into town to take a look as I live 2 hours away. My wedding is in just a few days. I call to see if I can speak to a manager and I'm told he won't be in until tomorrow. This morning, I bring in pictures of the dress and ask for my money back. The manager was extremely rude, his employee claims the bag was broke when I dropped it off, and says their work is professionally done. He then says I'm just trying to get my money back and he won't do that. First off, the bag was not broke when I dropped it off. That is when I knew I couldn't trust them. As you said, a garment bag is only $5 so why would you lie about this? You had safety pins to keep the bag closed. What women would drop off her wedding dress in a bag like that? Secondly, you claim these are "minor" issues and that you don't see a problem. You talked down to me. You didn't care your work was not to my satisfaction. I will not bring this dress back since this is the level of care you treated it with the first time around. My father was able to break through to the manager and he finally offers for us to bring the dress back tomorrow for them to fix it (not today, which he said is none of my business as to why they cannot handle this issue today). Keep the money, you'll need it if this is the level of customer service and quality of work you provide. I will gladly take my dress elsewhere and pay a rush fee so you do not touch my dress again.

They didn't even ask me if it was ok, before they put holes in my shirts. They also "tried" to clean another jersey and shirt of mine. I'll never use this business again.
