I feel like it should be an easy problem to fix. If two different people both call and say I am missing clothes, it should be that hard to return them to the rightful owner. Wash House CLE has made no attempt to pick up these other clothes. I have tried to return them, but I refuse to drive them there myself. This also makes me believe they are not doing much to find my missing clothes. I will not risk anymore of my clothes with their "convenient service".

That being said they seem to trust good companies with that service because the coat came back in excellent condition. I wish I took before and after photos so that others could see the difference. I can't wait to continue using this company for my cleaning and alteration needs!
