We had a very turbulent experience with two salespeople and one of the customer service representatives. It ranged from salespeople not being familiar with equipment to miscommunication (and lack of entirely). I submitted a review on Google after having already discussed my issues with one of their customer service representatives without resolution. When the management team was made aware of the issues they IMMEDIATELY reached out personally to address my concerns. They came in person to our business to discuss my concerns and identify a solution. The management team was not confrontational, agreed that it was an issue, and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. They shared with us the plan to prevent similar mistakes/issues from happening to other customers in the future and offered several options for how to keep us as a customer. I can truly appreciate the prompt and customer satisfaction response. My initial impression of them may not have been the greatest, but after a second chance I can confidently say it is a company I am happy to do business with in the future.

Was honest with his price, was able to fit me in immediately and repaired it quick. I also told him that I was heading out of town the week of the 10th and he made sure to repair it before the trip. A chain store was not able to fit me in until late Jan/early Feb but I was able to drop it off that day and finished within a week. Additionally, I asked about a shredder/vacuum/chopper that's been disassembled and if he could repair it. He said to take pics and bring those in before hauling it into the store. Appreciated his honest approach because I feel like anyone else would have had me lug that thing in and fix it just for the easy cash. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Standard Duct cleaning for $3100, duct cleaning and sanitize for $3340, and duct, sanitize and dryer vent for $3450. My house isn't mansion, it's a standard 3000 sqft home in a modest neighborhood. He also said we have to be out of the house for 6-8 hours while they do the cleaning. I have had my ducts cleaned before in my previous home and that only costed me 250. Even Stanley steemer, quoted me between 500-700 and would finish the job around 2 hours. Don't trust this so called, "family owned business." If I could post a picture of my estimate of what this Douchebag wrote up for me I would. Hopefully nobody falls for this dumpster fire of a company. Dishonest and a huge scam. FYI, the national average for duct cleaning is only 350-1000. How am I quoted at three times the price for one cleaning!
