He agreed to clean my 10.5 X 22.5 foot area rug for $115 (April 2024) the next day. He was personable, polite, and professional. When he was done, the carpet looked great! He called me back in a few days to check on the job. My carpet is a light beige, Berber, and over 10 years old. My two cats have deposited every kind of cat-mess you can imagine. As such, within a few days there were a few spots that 'flowered' (my word) from the base of the carpet. I was able to use my go-to carpet cleaner, Bissell Pet Oxy Power Shot (excellent stain remover) to touch up the light shadows that popped up. Those secondary spots have not returned. Considering the age of my carpet and all it's been through, considering that I live on the top floor of a high-rise, and considering that it was an area rug-- I feel that I got a good value for my money. Although I only gave a 4 out of 5 star review, it's only because the single treatment did not completely clean my carpet. Perhaps no cleaner could have. While the cleaning job was decent and I appreciated communication from one of the operators, Jade, there was a lack of professionalism on behalf of the cleaning crew and we experienced significant dismissal regarding a complaint which lead to our paying additional money to have an area of our floors cleaned after the cleaning crew finished. Simple transparency and good customer service goes a long way. With there being ample cleaning services in the area, I would recommend spending your well earned money with a company that values customers and their experiences.
