I assumed I would need to bring my broken chair to him but no, James came out to my home, evaluated the problem, took the chair back to his workshop where he repaired it beautifully. Their claim of charging customers less turned out to be false....my mother paid Stay Brite $200. Stay Brite took the money, failed to fulfill the contract AND refused to provide a reimbursement.
