The owner was there, as was her cat Sally. The selection of items was large and the clothing was very organized so it was easy to look through the inventory. I was also pleased that this shop obviously takes great care in selecting consignments that are not flawed as everything was in perfect condition. We left with a hat, shoes, and about half a dozen tops. I only wish this show was closer to our home in Las Vegas! We will be sure to drop back in on our next trip to Montana!

I was told there were lost items, no apologies or offer to make things right If not found. I was told that they were "too busy" to help me on the phone, but the owner said she would call me back with my inventory that sold, and follow up on the my missing items. I never got a call back. Big surprise!

I emailed the owner and asked for a refund for the bag 13 days after purchase. Here is her response: - the bag is stitched with one continuous leather lace. Your pictures should a clean cut to the lace. It was not cut when you purchased it. Given that you don't want a replacement- I have to assume it was cut intentionally. Thus, I am not able to return or replace the bag. Out return policy is within 7 days and item must be in new condition with tags attached. She has accused me of cutting the bag. Unreal. We appreciated her communication and creativity. Our wedding was the day before mother's day which is one of the busiest times for florists. You would have never known as our flowers were perfect and arrived early. Joyce set proper expectations on what flowers would work best together and available. She went above and beyond to surprise us with lilacs that were not quite in season yet but holds a special memory for me. If you are looking for someone who pays attention to your details and cares about making your wedding experience magical call Conrad Flowers. Thank you Joyce! J&S
