Went there last Friday with an idea of what I wanted. What I picked was absolutely not that! The lady who worked with me, tall blonde, super friendly, patient, efficient. Found the PERFECT dress, and was able to make the down payment to buy it. The one thing that truly made this an amazing experience was that, as a larger person, all of her dresses she found fit me. Not a fan. We were greeted by the most subpar customer service imaginable. It felt as though our presence as upbeat customers was the most annoying part of this employee's week. There were a handful of nice dresses amid the backyard wedding, 2006 bridesmaid dresses, but because there are only a few dresses in each size, your odds of leaving here without anything but a new local enemy are slim :) read more

I recommend J Scott Couture to every bride I know. They dressed everyone in my bridal party plus my mom and dad. Everyone looked amazing. I never thought I'd find a dress I liked. I'm a 4' 7" tall plus-sized bride. Bridal gowns aren't usually made for my size. Somehow they not only found a dress that fit me well but it was a dress I *loved*. It didn't even need to be hemmed!! I was blown away. I felt beautiful for the first time in my entire life on my wedding day. It was amazing. I also like very unique things and I wanted maids dresses that didn't look like bridesmaids' dresses. These guys pulled through there as well. I couldn't have asked for cooler bridesmaid dresses. They were easy to work with, listened to everything I wanted and gave me exactly what I needed within my budget. I couldn't ask for better. We used them for my sisters wedding a year later because of how great they were for mine and had another great experience. I ordered a gown in and had most of it paid for when my fiancé passed away. The owner will not refund me even part of my money. It was a $1600.00 gown not to mention the $300 I spent in jewelry. This person does not care about her brides, just her bottom line. read more
