They ordered the required part; it was in within 3 days; it was installed the next day. They kept us informed every step of the way. This service took place east of a Gananoque. We need to upgrade our appliances in Belleville. There is no other retailer we will do business with other then Blacks. Contrary to what some people have said, we are totally satisfied I know some people are just plain grouchy. Many customers agree that they are the a BEST! 10 out of 10

After failing to provide a clear solution, the refund process has also been unnecessarily delayed. Customers should not have to spend significant time following up to receive a service they have already paid for or to recover their own money. A company's responsibility is to provide reliable service, communicate honestly, and resolve issues promptly. Unfortunately, my experience with Leon's has been extremely frustrating and far below the level of customer service expected from a reputable retailer.
