Jerry apprised me of the new legal requirements to prove concrete damages which is causing cases to frequently fail since it's difficult to prove that a merchant's negligence was how the identity thief got their info. I guess you need the thief to confess in detail before you can prove that. Not the news I was hoping for but I'd rather know the facts and not waste my time and money with false hopes. The good news is that Jerry is quick, knowledgeable and clear as a bell. Doesn't waste time. Took my impromptu call immediately. Impressive! Jerry may be a 5-star attorney but difficult for me to determine that in a 10-15 min call so don't let my 4-star rating influence you if you need to see all 5-stars.
