I had a consultation with Kristina for a divorce. It was a messy situation. She told me everything…read moreshe would do & how the goal was to restore me back to how I was before the marriage. She stated several things we would do including bringing in his exes to testify. "We will make him keep paying for the mattress, he will have to pay for his new phone or give it to you to sell because you are paying for it, he will have to refinance the truck or return it to you to sell, because it is in your name too. We will request that he pay your attorney fees. He will have to pay you for all of the charges he made on your crediy cards plus the cancelation charge for the cruise you were about to go on. He doesnt have anything to stand on because he intentionally commited fraud. He is a con man. Do you think the woman he was having an affair with would come to court with you? That would be great!" Anyway, I paid $1850 that day to begin the process. I still had many questions, which I sent via email . What I didnt know is that every email was costing me part of that retainer! To communicate with my attorney was costing me. Seriously? Then when the petition fordivorce was drafted & sent to me, it was a "no fault" divorce. I emailed & reminded her of what she said about getting people to testify about how he had conned them & lied to them. I told her I wanted an "at fault divorce"! The assistant assured me that this was just the original petition & that everything can be put in the final decree. She said, "you will get your time to tell what he did." Well, I never got that time. After the original petition was filed, they told me that to bring in the other women that he had hurt, it would have to be a "contested divorce". We would habe to supeona them and that would cost alot more money. So there I was, screwed. So basically, she filed an uncontested divorce with a division of property that she knew couldnt be enforced with out paying her more money to file more papers. The day we went to court, we went to a room to talk & the very 1st thing she said to me..."You are out of money." Meaning I had used up all of my retainer. For what? She had not done anything that I couldnt have done myself! She didnt ask me how I was, reassure me that this would be ok, nothing. She told me I was out of money. Now, after months of him not doing what the court ordered, I would have to spend more money to file a "motion to enforce". She did not tell me that when I agreed to it. At this point, my credit is ruined, he still has the truck, has not refinanced it, has not paid all of what he owes me & now I am going to have to file bankruptcy. Thanks for nothing Kristina Dial! She just wants your money & doesnt really care at all about the people she claims to be helping. She is helping herself. I do not recommend her.
