We had to hire an independent contractor to help us with the sign installation even though we paid this company to do it. We even contacted them numerous times to charge us extra to get their help and they ignored us, ghosted us and we are so disappointed with their lack of communication, professionalism and ethics. Do not use this company unless you want to get ripped off and ghosted. (Luckily we recently found a better source (not HighTech) for sign installation!
