The lack of empathy for a man who's wife died who is now supporting three children on his own is just as upsetting as the lies I've had to put up with over the last decade that I couldn't prove and so had to be silent about. This isn't why I'm reviewing Mr Nemec though. I needed to say I'm always grateful for the help of others and was thankful that he was there for me during a transition away from another attorney who I felt was just going to eat all my income until I could no longer afford representation. He wasn't my last attorney for my case but he helped me get to a place where I could use another one that was a better fit for my particular situation. Mr Nemec wasn't ever late for anything with me so something seems off in the reviews but that was my experience with him. He's definitely not the most expensive attorney and so I don't understand the comments there either. He pulled through for me for the time I needed him! Thank you Mr Nemec. It took forever to hear about the temporary order and I believe as of May 5 it just now got signed by the judge even though we went to court on March 16. Mr Nemec or Maddie not sure who be texting cause they don't never pick up a phone today was the last straw for me I ask him a simple question because I am trying to see options because the court appointed amicus lawyer retainer is so much I can't do it by myself ..and he brought up the fee for filing motion which i understand but also in that same text he went about my balance and his hourly fee ; and how basically he got better "paying clients " to focus on and not me because I owe 1100 which he have me an extension to pay and tried to claim he spent an hour on a text I can see someone that reaching for money. I am good God has this and will make sure you get your money. I dont like drama and you not about to interupt my peace ! RUN RUN RUN!!!! NO NO NO !!!! FIND SOMEONE ONE!!!
