I have traveled from Lancaster, SC to see Drs for dental care. I arrived bright and early and stood…read morein line to check in. During the morning hours they take your X-rays of your teeth and then taken back to a room to see dr. First time I went was to have my top teeth that I had extracted, and get a top denture. I wait in Florence for the office to open back up at 2pm to start taking patients that was seen in the morning. They extracted my top teeth and made sure I was as comfortable, great customer service. After the extraction I was given my new top denture that had fit perfectly!!! They have reasonable prices! Best customer service, caring doctors and a friendly knowledgeable team at the office About a year later I went back to the office and went thru the same process to be seen to have my bottom teeth extracted and receive bottom denture. Once again they made sure I was comfortable entire time. I had a tooth that the roots were wrapped around my jaw bone. Both doctors comforted me, made sure I was alright. Kind and was able to listen to music in the room during the procedure. When they were finished they placed the bottom dentures in place and sent me home with discharge instructions. A few months later I went back yet again to have my dentures adjusted. Everyone gave me a warm welcome, and when I was seen they were all kid, professional and assisted in adjusting my dentures. I had the dentures adjusted since the swelling when down from having the teeth extracted. Was fast and easy for them to adjust the fitting of the dentures. Thanked them once again for amazing service, kind, caring professional individuals. The office is well organized, and they have patients drive or fly in from other states for their care. Don't listen to these negative reviews. This office has the best staff and doctors. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Have even referred other patients to the facility and they too were very pleased. Thank you so much!!! I can be proud to talk and smile again. I can also eat a variety of food once again.

I have been asking to talk to the owner about this because this could be cause for a lawsuit or…read moretheir reputation can be tarnished being a fairly new practice and I have lived near here for a long time, but since I cannot get in contact with the owner about this manner I have to write a review. The dentist and the dental hygienists were very nice and professional, HOWEVER, the front office staff was horrible to me insinuating that I was trying to commit insurance fraud which is a FELONY. I have NEVER had anybody accuse me or insinuating anything illegal about me especially since my family and I are quite well known The receptionist and the front office manager (who both should know better if she was good at her job which she's not and should be punished or fired) condescendingly said, "Well here we follow the state law." What is she trying to imply that I don't?! That's insulting and a nasty and unprofessional to say to a patient who is new and you don't know at all. I have a reputation to uphold. Then the office manager continued to be very condescending and nasty to me and said in a suspicious, disrespectful questioning tone, "Is there a reason WHY you don't won't BlueCross Blue Shield being billed as primary?" I was taken aback and very shocked at how disrespected I was. I work for an insurance company and I have a background in management and if I ever treated a customer, patient, client, provider, etc. like this, my boss would have fired me for fear of a lawsuit of a defamation of character or at the very least get written up for abusive or argumentative language because of an office manager and receptionist who do not know how to talk to people. I work everyday where I have to tell callers that my company that I work for has to be billed as primary in order for their medical claims to be paid accordingly, but I speak respectfully and professionally and kindly tell the callers inquiring about their medical claims and how to bill to us and say, "I apologize, but we have to be the primary payers when you bill to us." The office manager, who is blocking me from talking to the owner recently (yes, he may be busy, but I haven't even received a voicemail message from here so here we are). I didn't ask nor wanted any dental coverage from my company that I could not opt out of because I already had dental coverage from Delta Dental Of SC (which I had for YEARS before this current job that I'm not going to have much longer) which I thought I could bill as primary, but the front staff could have been more respectful and addressed me better than insinuating something as serious as Insurance Fraud which is a felony. The front staff is making me question whether or not I want to continue being a patient at this facility because of their unprofessionalism and accusatory language against me and I'm not going to tolerate any disrespect again as a patient who should addressed more respectfully because dental work is not cheap in this country and I am paying a lot of money for a dental service, not for nasty attitudes or behavior all because I had Delta Dental Of SC for years and always had that insurance for years and this job is not permanent for me. I find it interesting the front office quickly to insinuate a felony crime against me over insurance had for years that I thought I could bill as primary. It makes me believe it's my skin complexion (I'm a Black Woman) and I would not surprised.
