These New Orleans streets and their nails/screws have been messing up my tires! Last week I had a nail in my tire and had to come here to get it fixed. This week a different tire had a big screw in it and they had to put a patch on it. Patches are about $25 maybe $27 if you are paying with card. Staff are always nice when I've encountered them and they work pretty fast on the car. I've had them rotate my tires before too, but I don't remember how much it was. read more

The good ol' days sort of service with a smile. The service was beyond phenomenal. I drove up and put my window down. He approached my car with a friendly smile when I told him what my issue was (a leak in my tire where I have to air it up daily) and he went to work immediately. We didn't know what to expect when I pulled up. Exclaimed: I promise I made no prior plans to come here today. I was treating my daughter to lunch next door at the Secret Thai Restaurant. This man is my new hero and he is so humble. Y'all! We didn't even get out the car. I promised him no more tire plugs. I would come back to this location before mending my tire another faulty tire plug. He jacked it up with us inside. But not too high. I enjoyed the excitement throughly. (I blame my lack of social skills on COVID) Took off my tire. Found the leak with soapy water. Then he found the faulty seal which he showed me was still intact and had to be just floating around sealed the inside. He sealed my tire with some tar looking stuff and a small paint brush. He even asked a fellow tire hero for his opinion, I think. Then he put my tired on and charged me $15! I wanted to give him a $10 tip he said $5 is just fine. I was so impressed. I can't express to you how much his customer service skills made me happy today. I didn't even have to get out the car to pay. He did everything for me. And I am thoroughly grateful and excited to share this amazing secret spot. I had places to go and this impromptu stop in Chalmette kept me on schedule. Thank you and I highly recommend. I was charged $25 to add a patch and the tire was not balanced. I use discount tire and haven't paid for a tire repair on 10 years until this one. It seems for that price it should be balanced for the safety of the driver and the public. read more

Technician approached me and asked how he may help me as soon as I pulled in. I was in and out from getting a tire plugged in 10 minutes.

Scam scam scam scam. They con you into going there instead of a different place by promising an agreed upon price on the phone. Once you arrived they treat you like a tourist or a chump and raise the prices. Seems like the only English some of the guys could speak was to pull the highway robbery. However after arguing and a phone call to the boss the original price was honored. After the original price was again agreed upon, the work went pretty quick, this the reason for 2 stars and not 1. Still, I won't go back because I like my money more than I like being scammed. read more

they have horrible service and to mention how racist there spanish workers were to my husband (my husband is black) and they were talking to one another in spanish yelling out black guy black guy and the worker didnt even bother to help cuz he was to busy flirting with the asian lady that was next door !! what type of business and employees would shout out "black guy ,black guy!!!",like that in front of people and then did not acknowledge my husband when my husband was trying to speak to him nor did he even look at my husband .... they are racist as shxt!!!!! and mind you i am asian and my husband is black , they ignored him and bypassed him and tried spoke to me. thats so unprofessional and rude if they had negative stars. i would give them a (-10) for (unprofessional, being racist, rude ,horrible service to people)!!!!!! read more

Literally in and out within 5 minutes. The employees here know exactly what they're doing so you don't have to worry at all! Excellent prices and fast service is what you get at C T Tires. I've been there twice for tires and both times I was in and out in 15 minutes to replace one tire both times. Yes, they are not the most professional shop you will go to (waiting area is two fold up chairs outside and the office inside isn't exactly welcoming) and the guys that work there don't exactly greet you with smiles. You just pull up in front of the place and they'll replace the tire(s) right there with a regular jack. They had used tires that were in great condition and were a flat $30 each out the door (for a economy size car). They give you what you want and don't try and sell a bunch of other unwanted services to you like some other places try to push. If you want fast, cheap and simple no-frills service, go check this place out. read more

I have hear good things and shitty things about this place but you get a good deal with them. They are great for a quick tire patch or tire swap, you can get new / newish / used and something to get you home a couple blocks away. Half the time i went there there was either a local working or a Mexican that spoke little English. I have no problem with either they understood what i wanted, and did it fast. They have an office where you pay but i usually paid cash and told them to keep the change as a tip so i had no reason to go inside. There is a small waiting area with a couple folding chairs but usually i am not there long enough to matter. You will always have mixed reviews for every business but if your in need of a quick tire repair, or need something cheap to only last to your next paycheck there good enough. read more

Terrible service. I parked and walked into what appeared to be an office, where I saw a man at a desk talking on the telephone. I stood there for about 5 minutes before the man interrupted his phone call to tell me someone outside would help me. I went outside where I was completely ignored again. I attempted to speak to a man who was stacking tires and was ignored again. I'm not sure they serve females here. Anyone know of any tire shops that will help women? read more

The place takes advantage of women, went there and they told me that there was only one tire in my size and it was 48.00 couldn't afford a new tire that's why I was there, I asked how much is a new tire he said 92.00 so I got the 48.00 tire, it was dry rotted, didn't know til I got home and had a man look at it. I would go there before new management took over and would always have the local guy fix my tires he was nice and service was great and today I went for just a plug and I pulled up and someone came to me immediately and the guy that was working was polite and my tire was fixed in no time. read more
