Fast forward 5 years and a personal situation and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. One Monday morning at 5:45 am, I was driving the ladyfriend's vehicle to work. She was riding with me since I left my truck at my office that Friday. Well low and behold I ran over something metal in the street and had to pull over to change the tire. The ironic thing was, I pulled into the Firestone parking lot but they didn't open until 7. No worries she had a jack and a dummy tire so I got this. I got the lug nuts loose, the car jacked but I could not get tire off. The hub was so rusted on and I had nothing to bang on the tire plus after I tried to kick it, I thought it would fall off the jack. So I put the lug nuts back on and waited for Firestone to open. They could not have been friendlier. The manager put us on the rack first thing and one of his employees took a small sledge hammer to get the tire off. That made me feel better about myself. We were out the door by 745 and back on the road. Great service and a great price to change the tire. Thanks!

Every time I've been to this location, it is a bad experience. The last time I went and the last…read moretime I will have gone was to get a rim for my car. I was told that it also needed a wheel alignment so I followed up with Gentilly Goodyear. They told me that the alignment was fine but the balancing was not done properly (it would be 20 for a balance but the ones that put it on should do it free). I went back to Banner to check my options. It was 70 dollars plus tax to get my four wheels balanced or they could hold it over the weekend and get it back Monday and maybe have something done to it (price on option two unknown). Matt was ready to let me know how much he hated his job and how much he hated being there on the weekend. I'm sure he wanted the commission from my 70 dollar sale. I took it back to Goodyear, told them the crap from Banner, and that I would take the balance they told me about. Goodyear did it free. It may have been easy for them, but Goodyear got my future service and good word of mouth. Banner won a 1 star review and not having to deal with me again. Not the cheapest of options to fulfill your various car servicing needs, but they were great at responding to my needs in a moment of aggregation, and I can, therefore, suggest them over many other locations that might try to sell you rotten eggs.
