They have a program that gives free services if tire gets a puncture within certain time periods. My last tire repair was entirely free!! They also have stored my data and it's really convenient to drop off and pick up my car. Staff is very friendly and professional. read more

I was always impressed with the professionalism and convenience of the Broad St location, but my last few visits have shown me that they are seriously understaffed. At one point, I had to pick up my car because they were unable to get to it. One lady had been waiting several hours for an oil change. The phone was left to ring incessantly. Managers are always courteous. I hope they get more help. read more

I called and told whoever answered, need break pads and possibly air filter. Was told to come at 7:30 and I would be in and out Still made appointment online. Got there at 7:35. Three people , men , came in after me. I am a woman. Their cars were serviced and I was still waiting. After nearly 3 hours of waiting I did ask for my keys and mentioned people who came after me were seen first . I was told "breaks are more complicated." I wish I would have been told three hours ago that my car would be serviced after the easier jobs. read more

Nice people. Good service. I got an oil change today on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I used a $25 off Coupon (for online booking). The total cost was ~$95. read more

Delta World Tire Company - Synthetic Oil Change receipt - Tires Near Me - New Orleans, Louisiana

I first heard of Delta in the 1990s as it was recommended to me by a coworker who thought they were honest and reluable. Now 40 years later Delta is my tire shopping and repair shop of choice. Convenient location, prompt and courteous service, good quality too! read more

I only went here because I have a tire protection plan through them. When I got a flat tire earlier this year, they didn't put my spare back, which I discovered when I got a flat a month ago and had no spare to put on. I had to get towed to their store for a new tire and to request that they give me a spare since they forgot it during my previous service. Over 24 hours after leaving my car for a tire change and replacement of a misplaced spare, I call to ask if my car is ready since I haven't heard anything from them and I'm told it is. I get there and my car is sitting there with a donut on it - no new tire despite having a protection plan with them. So then I have to wait until the next day for a new tire since their staff never called to get the proper tire from their supplier. And then they damaged an item in the back of my car at some point during the process, but hey, at least I finally have a new tire and a spare, right?! :/ It's been over a month since my last visit, and despite claiming they would replace my damaged item, I've received nothing and even the main customer support for the company has failed to offer a solution since the store failed to replace the item in reasonable time. I have called and emailed a few times over the past five/ six weeks and still no resolution. TL; DR sloppy work and shitty customer service. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I've been a customer for years. over 10 years . what seems to have happened is the Delta corporate office runs on by profit numbers and the once fabulous work and service has been severely compromised by not having enough staff. incredibly stupid . The same folks are still there trying to run the place with half the needed workers . Losing customers is not a great way to show profit. nice people doing their best while their bosses vacation in seaside. read more

I had to repair my brakes right after Christmas . I probably brought it in 2 days before the new year and it was ready NYE. I was worried about $$ and Chris & Drew worked with me . It helped me SO much ! My car runs golden so thx guys ! read more

It's nice to go to a tire place that's no frills, no pressure, casual, and they just fix what you want to fix. Definitely my type of place, and I'll be returning if I have any other issues read more

Today was the worst experience from Delta world tires. I took my car in at 7:30 told I will get a call when got off work at 5 o'clock never received a call. I got a ride to the location on Broad Street in New Orleans and the guy told me he forgot to pick up my Therefore it was never replaced. No one called me all day to tell me anything. I received service from them for tires on two other occasions where I waited and it literally took me five or six hours to wait on one tire to be replaced each visit. I will never go to Delta world tires again. read more

While visiting New Orleans in March 2025 I needed an oil change with my Enterprise rental car. I spoke with Chris and despite being over-booked and understaffed, he agreed to squeeze me into his schedule. I waited in their lobby and overheard several conversations with customers and realized Chris is going to make EVERY effort to insure the customer is dealt with fairly and the work completed correctly. I found Chris to be friendly and straight-forward and feel very comfortable recommending this location (not a bright, shiny, high overhead business. Just a get it done attitude.) Too bad I live 2600 miles away. ps-Chris also took care of all the communication and payment by Enterprise. read more

Chris the manager was amazing. Initially I went in for a weird sound coming from my wheels. They checked it out and said my wheels and suspension looked fine. He walked me through some serious issues with my old tires and told me he would have me back complimentary to look at the car if the sound continued after the tires were changed. They also went above and beyond by fixing my splash guard under my car as it was dragging when I drove. Will be back for any car problems I may have in the future and will send my friends. Thanks again! read more

Quick and Courteous. Quality with customer service like this is a rarity in today's world. Highly recommend! - Blair read more

Do not do business with them- I took my car to get a tire patched and when I picked it up the rear panel was scratched and dented. When I asked the manager about it he said, "we definitely didn't hit the wall" then proceeded to explain to me that if a car has body damage they always take pics so no one can blame it on them but they didn't this time (because the damage wasn't there) I gave the manager or owner/ (Matt?) every opportunity to make it right but he refused This is a very minor scrape but the car is new to me and I know the damage was not there when I left it at their shop. The assistant manager Chris tried to be helpful at the time it happened, but the manager/ owner that called me back was a jerk. read more

Delta was recommended to me by another shop. Costco tire told me that I had a cross threaded stud and it needed to be replaced. I drove in to Delta and they fit me in right away. Delta found that the stud wasn't cross threaded, Costco was just using a bad lug nut. They charged me a pittance to change the Lug nut. They could have charged me for the stud replacement. These guys are honest. Highly recommend. read more

Great experience at Delta this week getting 4 rotors and break pads on my Sprinter Van. They always treat you fair and explain the situation so you can make the best decision. Been going to them now for several years, Ive always had good experience and professional service from them. read more

10 years later and a 3rd review. I've been getting my tires from DWT for my last 3 cars. They've also done some mechanic work for me. AND fixed so many stupid tires. I've always found them to be professional and their prices comparable. The waiting room is comfortable... until the old dude next to you decides to play candy crush (or whatever) at full volume. Luckily they are across the street from the Broad Whole Foods so you can always go wait over there. Good product, good communication, fair prices. What else could I ask for? read more

No one likes having tire issues - flat tires or needing a tire repair. However, when those unfortunate tire moments arrive (which they will in NOLA for sure - thanks potholes!) be sure to visit Delta World Tire for all of your tire needs! Customer service - EXCELLENT! Care for my tires - FANTASTIC! Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer for all my tire needs in the future! read more

Came here for a wheel alignment because they have some of the best reviews in auto care but I cannot, in good faith give them anything more than the one star they deserve - which is extremely generous. Apparently they are short staffed but failed to to give me the option to leave or stay. I got here at 7:30am and at 9:45am my truck was still sitting where I parked it. At 8:30, I was asked which vehicle did I have, I told them and I sat another hour. I decided to get up to see how much longer it would be and I'm told, "we only have three guys working today." Okay, so why didn't someone explain that to me (perhaps when I was asked my vehicle type), that it would be longer than usual due to being short staffed? I have more things to do with my life than giving it to their wait room for free. My time is just as valuable as theirs and making a decision for me was completely unacceptable. Do better! read more

Very friendly staff and everyone was helpful. I showed up as soon as they opened and they had me in and out. I would definitely recommend others to come here. read more

I highly recommend Delta World Tire. I had a couple of tire problems in two different occasions, and they have always been available to help me out promptly. They are honest, I trust them completely. They conduct business with integrity. read more

I've had to go here a couple times for tire patches or replacement, which is never what you want to spend your hard-earned dollars on. However, if you have to do that, you might as well go somewhere where everyone is friendly and helpful, quick service, and within the timeline and budget they quote you. Plus, they're walking distance from my house, so that's a bonus. Even if they're not, still worth the trip for a pleasant experience! read more

I love local businesses. This is a regional tire service company. Got sterling tire service, friendly, competent, sympathetic and cheerful. Highly recommended. read more

After I paid for my tires and alignment, I saw they had charged me for road hazard protection. Nobody asked me if I wanted this when I dropped off or before I paid. This took some time to get refunded, and the employee checking me out refused to put on a mask. We are under a citywide mask mandate. Management wouldn't help. Such a stupid way to lose a customer. read more

I wish I could've packed up my mechanic from Kansas City and moved them down here with me; I hated giving up a shop I had trusted for years. Hopefully though, I've found one in Delta World Tire. My first encounter was a low tire pressure light. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning, and they had it fixed in a couple of hours even though I didn't wait on it (5-block walk from my house, another big plus!). Next was an oil change and tire rotation, again dropped off at 7am, done two hours before I asked to have it. Their prices for both services seem reasonable. Next, I called them about an idling issue with my 10-year-old hybrid. After listening to my description, he told me that it's probably a computer problem that a dealer would have to fix. I appreciate that he didn't tell me to bring it in, just so they could charge me to find a problem he knew they couldn't fix. That's why I'll go back again. read more

My husband and I had a very positive experience getting 4 new tires at Delta World Tire. The Manager, Michael offered the best tires for the ride we were seeking from our vehicle. Now our older sedan feels new again! We would highly recommend Delta Tire World to others for product quality, price, and customer service. read more

We were planning a 10 hour car trip and I wanted to make sure my tires were safe. Saw the reviews for this place and called. Honestly, I figured we would need two new tires and that I would be spending the afternoon at Delta World Tire. Imagine my surprise when they told me less than an hour later that my tires were fine. No leaks. No problems. And when I asked how much I owed them, no charge! I may not have needed tires this time, but I'm definitely going there when I do need them! And I see they do repairs too! read more

A little short staffed at present but clear communication and very good service. I showed up early and they took me first, a good price for my tire, checked the others and found them fine. Delta was recommended to me and I would recommend as well. read more

Had a slow leak and needed tire rotation (bought the tires here, so that part was free). They were short-handed, but said they'd get to it when they could, and a few hours later it was done. Tremendous service from caring, personable people. Took care of my tire, and when I drove away everything was great. Within 30 minutes I hit a very deep pothole, and the car started metal-on-metal clunking. I took it back, and they fixed it on the spot! They did advise me the fix might not last because of the pothole damage, but if it needs repair, Delta is definitely where I will go. read more

Delta World Tire came through for me again. It had been years since I did business with the shop (I live in Washington, DC now), but I found them to be just as professional and reliable. I had the shop practically rebuild my old car's (1991 Buick) front end. Mr. Equine Reynolds was my technician and, under the direction of Michael, DWT's service manager on N. Broad St., he replaced the car's lower ball joints, control arms, inner and outer tie rods, and front struts with parts I provided. The work was done expertly, and my 1,100 mile return trip to DC was considerably more comfortable than the drive to New Orleans two weeks before. If only I'd asked to have all four tires balanced, I'm sure the return trip would've been smooth as silk. I highly recommend Delta World Tire at 407 N. Broad. Tell them I sent you. read more

Last week when the temperature dropped my car started telling me that my tire pressure was low. This is a fairly new car to me (got it last June) and I didn't realize that my car had this neat feature. Another feature of my 'new' car is that it came with nitrogen in the tires instead of just plain old tire air. I called Delta World Tire to see if they could help me with this problem and they said they indeed had the Nitrofill, and that they had no one in line, so I could basically get instant service. I raced over to the shop on N. Broad. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with happy tires. Good people, great service. Thank YOU!! read more

I got two new tires today! Now I have a grand total of six. (Because I had two flat tires, therefore I have four on my car, plus the two spares I was using. But I digress.) Got my oil changed, tires mounted and balanced, all for a reasonable price ($260ish), and it was by far the least horrible dealing-with-car-stuff experience I've ever had. Definitely recommend Delta World Tire. I should really just copy and paste this (http://www.yelp.com/topic/new-orleans-oil-change-and-car-detail) and use it as my review... read more

My mother needed a last-minute repair on a tire, and we took a chance that Delta Tires would be able to accommodate us on a Saturday. It turned out to be a quick and inexpensive fix. I would recommend this business, and will return for any future tire needs. read more
