Yesterday the crew was here for the recent job of removing concrete landing step ( which started to fall apart during the winter) and replacing it with a granite step. They instead told me to pay to clean the two chimneys, and that would include the $99 estimate fee as well. I agreed but was clear that the estimate was my primary interest. They charged me about $250 each for the two chimneys, the cleaner told me he wasn't sure it was safe to use... but they didn't give me an estimate to repair! It's been weeks now and multiple calls requesting the estimate. Bait and switch misleading sales at its worst. Do not use!!

Finally found several vendors on Home Advisor and Victor's was the first one I called who (a) picked up the phone, and (b) came out the very next day to give an estimate. Derek (Victor's son) was our main contact and he was amazing! Very professional and thorough in his approach, clearly takes pride in his work and understands the value of working with integrity. The project took a couple of weeks due to weather but we were able to see ongoing progress and knew what to expect because Derek had explained the process. We had a patio enlarged, a short walkway replaced, and a new walkway/steps added, and are thrilled with the results. It feels like we have a whole new house!
