Unclear if they are still in business. They gave my Jeep a new battery and an oil change, and at that time, said they would be happy to do an oil change on the Class C RV. However, when I contacted them for a scheduling, I was turned down. Before you turn them down, give them a call (928) 635-3973. They are good guys with good values. read more

Bill was super helpful and friendly and saved my neck in a pinch. id highly recommend to anyone looking for good, fair service

These guys are always ready to help you get it done and fair pricing! Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else!

While on a cross country road trip we had a stop at Williams KOA / Exit 167. I called a few local auto shops and they all said they couldn't do an oil change for me. The closest Jiffy Lube is 30 miles away. I'm not crazy about quick lube shops as it is. All the 5 stars are legit. JJ's was very friendly and priced fairly. I highly recommend using this shop if you are staying at the KOA nearby or even happen to be a local. A good honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold! Thanks JJ's!!! read more

We were stranded on a cross country trip and JJ's auto repair came to our rescue. Superior service at a fair price and same day service to boot at last minute. Highly recommend!! read more

We were very thankful for Yelp and J J's. We were on a tight schedule, traveling from Napa, CA to Denver, CO for our daughters college graduation, by way of the Grand Canyon. We had our granddaughters with us. With the rough roads and horrible pot holes on I-40, late in the evening we had a blow out on our 5th wheel. Found J J's online, read their reviews and made that our first stop the next morning. They had the RV tires we needed and were willing to squeeze us in right then. We decided to go ahead and replace both rear tires. They are honest, fair and did great work. Their place is nothing fancy to look at, but don't let that fool you. Their one of the good guys! read more

Had an AC condenser replaced on my 2015 Yukon. James Jr (Ghost) was great to work with, did the job in a timely manner and price was less than he quoted. Will definitely use them again. read more

I stopped by to have my battery checked. It was taken care of immediately and I left confident that it just needed charging from the alternator. 3 weeks later and all is well. read more

Very curt and rude--obviously busy but basically refused to even discuss our situation or offer advice on quick roadside repairs that we wanted to do ourselves. I'm sure they would be nicer for paying customers (and we would have paid, given the chance), but they refused us even one minute of their time. read more

This is two years overdue. Blew a transmission in our family car that my kids won't let me get rid of 1985 Chevy Suburban as we were moving it from Co to Ca. James checked out. It was blown. He called around to his connections and no off the shelf transmission available locally. So his trans guy drove up from Phoenix picked up my tranny rebuilt it returned it the next day. James installed. Tested and had us on the road in less than 2.5 days. Quoted me a fair price to begin with and then final bill was just under. The best part is that transmission shifts better and smoother than it ever has Two years later still better than ever. To me pure old school business. honest and results from an era gone by. read more

We needed an oil change and were far from home. JJ was pleasant and professional on the phone and flexible with his schedule. We showed up right after their lunch break and he took us in immediately. His service was fast, fairly priced and polite, no upselling on other needs and recommended a nice place in town for lunch when we were done. THANK YOU JJ !!!! read more

On August 28. my husband and I were on the way to the Grand Canyon, just before the turnoff to Williams my car's steering wheel went crazy and it was hard to keep the car on the road. We stopped at Safeway where I asked a local where a good auto repair place was, he said "JJ"s is the only place I take my car too, James is honest and doesn't overcharge." We found the garage and were told we had to wait an hour, we did not care. James however, took a car off the rack and put ours up, within minutes he talked about the "death wobble", told me what it would cost and we gave the go ahead. Within half an hour we were on the road driving a safe car. We paid and thanked him profusely, he just waved us off and told us to have fun, we had mentioned we were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary in the canyon. Thank You James, it was a delight doing business with an hones guy. read more

Can't say enough about JJ's Auto Repair. Just had a service done at my Dodge dealer on my 2014 Ram Truck with 38,000 miles for a trip to Williams, Az. Coming into Williams we stopped to walk the town, I notice coolant on the ground. Found JJ"s Auto Repair at the end of town. James diagnose my problem was a water pump and had it fixed by 10:00 the next day. He gave me my old water pump to take to my dealer and charged a fair price. He was professional, had a clean shop and kept my truck inside his shop over night. There were no underlining charges what he said it was going cost and how long it would take to fix it was exactly that. I would definitely recommend this shop. read more

Our car overheated at the end of a cross country trip. We took the car to JJs first thing in the morning the next day and he got us up and running right away. Rolled into Williams AZ on a cross country trip with screaming brakes. Spoke with Ghost on getting us fixed up. He got us in ASAP and fixed the problem for less than was expected. JJ the owner is a character but he is straightforward and no nonsense. Just what I like. Thanks for giving us peace of mind to continue on our trip worry free. read more

Worst place I have ever been . He tells me car is a piece of shit and to drive back to Flagstaff Dodge Dealership. Better of just breaking down then to give this clown any business. read more

JJ was a bit rude when I was getting a pre purchase inspection done. The inspection was a bit pricey and not very thorough. My local mechanic found issues with my truck that JJ could've found easily. I don't recommend this shop. read more

Have stopped by a couple times and always receive AWESOME service. Once my tires were low on a chilly evening right before closing and they filled them no charge, no question. Another time I rolled over a HUGE screw on Sat night. They patched my tire on a Sunday morning and had me on my way 20 mins and $20 later. Soooo happy. Would highly recommend and def go back if needed...although I hope not haha read more

As a traveler I rely on my vehicle...had an issue while in Williams and stopped at his place to chat and he had me in the next day..fixed and perfect! Apparently my wife was logged into Facebook so when I went to post on YELP her photo shows up. To be clear... I, James L Ogles Jr. am the one that shot the elk who's jeep broke down that had the excellent experience at JJ's Auto repair, not my hot wife (top left in the photo) that certainly sits down to pee every time. By the way, those are many quail at my feet in the photo. read more

J J's Auto Repair saved my bacon. We were heading out west from the east coast when I noticed some fluid under my vehicle in Texas. With a flashlight in hand, I could see that it was coming from the little tell-tale hole under the water pump shaft. My water pump was kaput! I kept my motor alive by nursing it with coolant every time I stopped for gas, refilling the coolant jug under the hood. I usually make my own repairs, but I was so far from home and my tools. That's when we pulled into Williams, AZ and I noticed J J's shop. With just one and a half hours before closing, the two brothers, nice older gentleman, removed and installed my water pump! They worked like musicians playing a song together. Best of all the price was more than fair and the repair was professional and permanent. No problemo! read more

My parents were having the "check engine" light pop on in the car and wanted me to look up reviews for Auto Repair shops in Williams. I saw the reviews and ratings on this shop and I told them to go here. I'm glad that they did, not only was the diagnostic test a reasonable price he did not up sell or try to make it need like they needed something that they don't need. GOOD HONEST RELIABLE. Don't settle for less. Truly a gem in a world where people want to make a quick buck. Highly Recommended. Thank you JJ's Auto Repair. read more

I just got flat tire 5 minutes before the nearest exit. It was a snow day. Thanks God, we found this place. James helped us quickly and fixed our tire only about 15 minutes. Thank you JJ's for saving our life to the road again. This place is highly recommended for emergency service. read more

I'll just start with, they were our saviors! My family and I were driving from California to Flagstaff, AZ when our alternator went out about 30 miles outside of Williams, AZ. There were few options and I had the car towed to JJ's only because of the positive Yelp reviews. It was the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and I knew this was a bad time. Ghost (JJ's son) was willing to look at the car, determine the issue right then and began working on finding a new part. While we didn't have an appointment, they were very compassionate to our situation and fit us in. He priced out the best deals for the part and the earliest they could get one was on that Monday. Knowing the issue with the holiday weekend, we felt fortunate that we could at least be back on the road in a few days. That Monday morning (Memorial Day), Ghost got the call that the alternator was in and he personally drove to Flagstaff, AZ to pick it up (about an hour round trip drive). He installed it and at 9:30am I got the call the car was ready to go. I was not only pleasantly surprised by the early finish of the repair, but they also were VERY affordable. This is an honest auto dealership with a lot of integrity and I wish they were near my house in California so I could make them my permanent mechanic. I think I might stop by again on my way through town to get an oil change or tuneup. read more
