I set up an appointment with this plumber, and the day that I set up for they no showed but I got a…read moretext that due to a family situation they had to cancel but they said they would contact me back to set up a better time. I understand things happen, but I waited two days and reached back out and contacted them again having no idea what might be going on, but I had an issue that I still needed their help with. They again said vaguely that they couldn't do it this week and again promised to follow up. They never apologized for not calling back like they said. Again, a couple days go by and still nothing. No contact, no information beyond that. I don't know what was going on, but no communication, no call backs- and I'm a family guy so family is important, but when I'm trying to book you for a business perhaps communicate better if you promise to do so. Needless to say after ghosting me and lack of communication, I posted a review elsewhere on social media and the owner had the gall to post my 1-star review and called me out- I had patience and waited many days- the business owner didn't respond, ghosted me, then blasted me on social. After many people came to my defense, they deleted the post. Wow, what a bunch of drama! I will forever avoid the Salts- I found out the owner has several race cars- no wonder his estimates always came in high. I'll find someone else in the future and suggest that you not do business with these people or they will post your honest review on their social media and try to convince people that YOU are the problem. Not ever a business I'd take a risk on again.

He didn't show up for the initial appt., and rescheduled for the following week- even then he was an hour late. We discussed the repairs and he said he would email an estimate. After hearing nothing for weeks, I reached out to him and he said he would have it by the end of the week. The following week, I reached out again and finally received an estimate. From there on, I would hear NOTHING from him unless I initiated contact. Then the excuses started.. I dealt with this man for three and a half months, with him ghosting me the entire time. At no time did he ever fulfill a promise, or meet a deadline. The last straw was him AGAIN failing to provide information on the repair. That was Feb. 25, and, you guessed it, CRICKETS! I have to wonder what part of "Do It Right" applies to his business.

Jason was the only plumber that didn't push an upsell pitch to make more money very honest…read moreexcellent service. I'm trusting this guy over any plumber ever. I asked for a simple thing, a shut off/on valve at the meter where the city now forbids with severe penalties from touching their valve on their side of their new digital fully controllable remote meter. Every other plumber said it can't be done we got to install PEX, that'll be $3,000 plus additional dollars we can't do anything less it's just not possible but Jason found a way thank you Jason, I got four estimates prior to Affordable Plumbings and one service even started close to the same price as Jasons, but they quickly changed their price for some odd reason it turned out to be another PEX push for $3,000 and a bunch of yappity app over why PEX needs to be chosen everybody's doing it it's the new standard petroleum water hose inside of a vinyl pop can expand multiple times its own size your legs will be hard to find because they're inside the vinyl pipe and you're not going to know where and your vinyl hold a pop protects your new PEX water hose made by petroleum.
