I recently had my French Doors (leading to my 2nd-floor deck) replaced with Sliding Doors. The…read moreinstallation was completed by Finish Carpenter. The job was a challenge because they had to hoist the three-door, assembled frame up to my second-floor deck. They safely prepared all the decking in drop cloths to prevent any damage to the frame or the deck. They expertly removed the old frame and installed the new one with flashing tape and a door pan to avoid any moisture or mold. They filled in the door gaps with insulation foam, trim, and caulking, and painted all the trim nail holes. They are extremely neat, organized, and very efficient. They cleaned up the entire area and vacuumed. They disposed of all the old material, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their expert craftsmanship. I highly recommend Zoabdile, the owner of Finish Carpenter, for any carpentry project, including windows, doors, etc. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient, explaining all the minute details of the project, and has all the latest tools to make the project a professional one. I was very satisfied from beginning to end with Finish Carpentry and highly recommend them.

It involved completely gutting the upstairs bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, dining room etc... and developing an open floor plan. It also included creating an open floor plan for our downstairs study/family room. He and his team tackled this enormous job with the expertise and precision needed to complete an amazing quality of work. If I have time, I'll add a few pics of our first project. The second renovation project fall of 2025, included an entire roof replacement and installing two attic fans, repairing/replacing vents within our downstairs bathroom waterline and renovating our downstairs bathroom were among the areas that were addressed as well as other smaller projects. Similar to our first project renovation, he and his team maintained excellent communication throughout the project. Consistently performed high quality workmanship and their cleanliness as they worked is paramount as they work through each project. Highly recommend Jeremy and his team!

Without wasting any time, the team member LJ quickly went to work and displayed his experience and knowledge in the field. When I asked questions out of curiosity about certain steps in the process of the repair, LJ explained the step by step and made it sound like an easy repair procedure. After completing the repair and delivering impressive results, LJ proceeded to give advice on preventing this mishap from occurring again as well as pointing out other errors in the property and explaining how it can easily be repaired. All in all, the Frazier Painting & General Contracting team has been a joy to work with, taking no shortcuts in their work to display excellent results with honest work ethics, and delivering outstanding communication to their clients

We recently used Prestige Deck and Fence's expert fence construction crew to install a fence in our…read morebackyard. From the second I clicked "request an estimate" Prestige's customer care and service was ahead of the competition. I received a call to set up and estimate within ten minutes of submitting the online form. Without naming names, there are several fences companies in the area that I literally still haven't heard back from. Jeff came out and measured for our fence and discussed fencing options, he was exceptionally helpful and informative. He provides a nice packet providing you were current information regarding their certifications, insurance and bonding. After reviewing our fence plan, we decided to make a few changes, in fact this decision came even after materials for our fence were ordered. There was no hassle whatsoever in ordering the extra/different material. The Prestige team promptly changed the site plan to reflect the changes and supplied us with all the info needed to immediately submit our plans to our Home Owners Association. Prestige's construction crew started the project and finished the project on time. The gentlemen were in our yard for two and a half days. Each day they arrived and left promptly, answered any questions and addressed any concerns I had and left a tidy work site. They constructed a high-quality, level fence on our partially wooded and uneven lot. The gentlemen were exceptionally careful when stretching the garden wire across the split rail to keep our bird dog inside his fence. There are no gaps and absolutely zero clearance between the wire and the ground-- no temptations for the pooch. Without a doubt we would recommend their services and will be returning to prestige with deck work in the future.

We had Prestige build a deck and fence when we lived in Stafford so when we moved two years later…read moreback to Spotsylvania we hired them again to add a small deck, 6x4, and a vinyl fence. The deck has failed miserably! After 11years, the pressure treated wood has rotted, it is not safe. We are just waiting for our building permit and the stairs and deck will be replaced, but not Prestige! The actually offered nothing as far as a warranty or even a break on a rebuild! I was told by Alex, if they replaced the failure of the installations they have done, the company would go bankrupt! Now, not all the decks and other structures they have done have failed as horribly as ours. They did offer me an estimate to do a new deck, my answer was no even though they cheaper than the company we are using! Alex also told me it was not his companies fault but the government because the arsenic was removed from pressure treated wood. H e did fail mention that the grade of wood that was used was not not premium wood. They used cheaper wood but still charge for a superior product, that is the only explanation for such a horrible failure. They should have offered to replace the structure at their cost if they cared at all about customer service. And no, we didn't count on it the replacement being paid for, we are completely prepared to cover the cost!
