They wouldn't install new electric fans/heaters in early December and made us wait until mid-January. Once installed, the fans were extremely noisy like an airplane engine! When I asked about this, I was told that it was how those fans are. (In fact, I have others that are much quieter.) Then they installed a new electrical panel, refused to close up the holes they made in our wall, left wires exposed and refused to label the circuit breakers. Not a good experience!!

I haven't heard back from them in over a month after 4 phone calls was going to open bidding for another company to finish up the job? What else would a customer expect to do? Communication is key when having a job done and this company lacks it. Your never too big to treat your customers right Ocean.
