They answered all questions I had regarding the process and the actual inspection. They were able to get me scheduled in under 24 hours, which was important because of an encroaching deadline. What ultimately swayed my decision to use Truview was the price. Other competitors, after offering a military discount - which Truview does not - still ran $100 above Truview's cost and didn't include the wind mitigation and four point inspection. The inspector (Armanni) was great - he arrived ahead of schedule and was polite and professional, and was very clear with his explanation of findings. The report was received within approximately an hour of the inspection completion, and all 97 pages detailed every possible deficiency you could imagine - from serious to ridiculously cosmetic. After receiving my report, I was unable to send the 4-point and wind mitigation reports by email for our insurance quotes. A quick call to Truview remedied that, and within 10 minutes each report was sent individually by email to permit easy transmission to the insurance company. Very happy with our choice.

Joe did an amazing job inspecting our new house. He was punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable and just kind. But most importantly, he was VERY thorough with the inspection. He is very detail oriented and caught even the smallest details of the house. He took his time to deliver the best possible report. Mind you it was a big house and he didn't rush at all. After the inspection was done he made sure to explain every single item for me, even the ones I didn't fully understand he enlightened me. He was at the house until 6pm and all the reports were in my inbox the next day in the morning. Holly was just a sweetheart! Very professional, timely and kind too. Buying a house is extremely stressful and I he was able to make the process feel a bit less stressful. For that and for the VERY thorough work, I am grateful. 1000/10! Highly recommend them! Natalia

I am delighted to review the outstanding home inspection I had with McCabe Home Inspection…read moreServices. In summary he does a comprehensive inspection and many extras. I reached out to Mr McCabe based on the many favorable reviews and I was not at all disappointed. It was very easy to contact Mr McCabe and he was flexible about scheduling the inspection. He arrived on time and was fully equipped with ladder, temperature meter, electrical outlet checker, stick for tapping wood for termite damage, mask, head lamp and knee pads (for thorough attic inspection). He inspected the exterior structure fascia, soffits, grading and landscaping. He climbed onto to the roof and studied the entire roof detecting some broken and loose tiles and even cleaning the dryer vent. In side he carefully turned on all the appliances, checked outlets and checked for termite damage. He used his ladder to thoroughly examine as much of the attic as possible including insulation and evidence rodent droppings. In the garage he detected damaged dry wall and accused the electrical panel. While doing all this he spoke to me and showed his findings and answered my novice questions. His report was flawless and easy to read. I was able to get credit and repairs done by seller. I enthusiastically recommend McCabe Inspection services for a thorough inspection, many extras and communication with prospective buyer.
