I'm a believer in the quality of their products. My mother occasionally makes special requests. For example she wanted a fresh ham. So I ask for one. Yes they can do that. I fresh ham is one that isn't smoked. Go try to find one at your grocery store. She also wanted a particular cut of roast that she hasn't been able to get from a grocery store.
