Allison as always very professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough. She explained every step, made sure I was comfortable with numbing, and the treatment felt manageable even though I was nervous. The PRP addition has my skin already feeling tighter and more radiant (even on day 1), and the redness/tightness is exactly what she prepared me for. She sent me home with excellent aftercare products, the Rescue Smoothing Complex and mask have been lifesavers for calming things down overnight. I felt completely taken care of. Today I returned for lip filler with Breanna. Breanna was kind, precise, and listened closely to my goal: subtle but noticeable plump with natural definition and that sexy perk. She checked my healing skin from the microneedling and confirmed it was safe to proceed. The injections were quick and comfortable, and my lips already look fuller and more balanced, I'm so happy with the natural result! Both Allison and Breanna are skilled, caring, and knowledgeable. During that time, I spent well over $8,000 on treatments and referred many friends and family because I truly believed in this practice. I even drove from Fontana to Riverside for every appointment because I believed Dr. Bokhari was kind, skilled, and worth the time, gas, and long drive. Even after an incident last year, when I spent over $3,000 on fillers and Botox and was not given clear instructions on how to use the nitrous oxide, causing me to inhale too much and experience a frightening hallucination that left me feeling unwell for the rest of the day and even the following day, I continued coming back because I trusted this clinic. Over the last three months, I had to return to the office four different times because my Botox results were not what I had consistently received in the past. During those visits, I spent approximately $1,000. At my most recent follow-up appointment, I simply wanted to understand why my results were different and why I kept needing additional Botox to achieve results that had previously been obtained without these issues. Instead of having a conversation, Dr. Bokhari responded in a way that completely shocked me. He told me: "If you go to Kentucky and order chicken, you have to pay for it." "You have to pay for the units I injected." "There are no free lunches here." "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." I explained that I was not refusing to pay. I simply wanted to understand why I kept needing additional visits and additional Botox to obtain results that had previously been achieved without these issues. Despite that, the conversation continued in the same tone. I left that appointment feeling deeply hurt. Personally, I felt discriminated against and treated as if I were someone trying to get something for free, despite being a loyal patient for nearly three years who had always paid for every treatment. Most of all, I felt that I was not a valued patient, despite the years I had trusted this practice, the money I had invested, and the many people I had referred. At the time, I still had $500 remaining in my membership account. After charging me for that day's Botox, the clinic agreed to refund the remaining balance, and I immediately canceled my membership. I never imagined that after years of loyalty, thousands of dollars invested, and making the drive from Fontana to Riverside because I believed this doctor was worth it, my relationship with this clinic would end this way. I sincerely hope no other patient leaves feeling as hurt and undervalued as I did.

It is fascinating that once you book a service with her, you have to call and remind her every time that you go there. Once I had an appointment at 9 am on Saturday, it was closed, I called her several times until she picked up and I reminded her of my presence. I waited for half an hour in rain until she came and did not even bother apologizing for forgetting my appointment and showing up late. Today the same happened, I reminded her early morning, and drove 25 min and arrived at 6 pm and the place was closed as usual. she had turned off her phone not to receive a call or message. I had told her that I had already canceled another appointment at work to go there but she totally overlooked. I do not recommend her and her service at all. She is apparently working in another place in Irvine and Beauty Therapy in Riverside is where she negligently work with no respect for customer's time.

Another time she told me I'm not allowed to use my own lidocaine for my laser hair removal before I come in. I told her that the doctor said it's fine and she said "Well it's not, don't let it happen again" huh? Ok weirdo, not listening to you. But other than that they are great. Sometimes they run behind because they have a lead Dermatologist onsite who does actual medically necessary procedures in office. You can't rush those things. Also my laser girl doesn't rush me so that's probably why there is a wait some days because they actually care to talk to you and ask questions.

He was AMAZING and I didnt feel a thing. I am completely grateful for the 5 star treatment as well as the quick turnover time. I feel that it completely made up for any lack of communication and cant thank them enough. In this day and age where it's like pulling teeth to get a business to correct errors, it is refreshing to come across one that goes out of their way for their clients.
