Update - Resolution Reached, With Ongoing Concerns…read more After posting my original review, the dealership's owner reached out and connected me with the COO, Chris. Chris listened to my concerns and worked toward a resolution that I can live with. We reached an agreement for a new 2025 Ford Bronco, with payments essentially the same for the next 3 years. The new vehicle includes more features than my previous Bronco, and I was able to add an option I knew I would miss. I appreciate Chris's effort and the outcome. That said, a few issues with the dealership experience continued while the resolution was in progress. The new vehicle arrived with a small hole in the back seat, which required two separate trips to fix. During the first appointment, I showed up, but no one seemed aware I was scheduled, and the upholsterer did not show. I was told my fuel tank would be refilled for the inconvenience, which never happened. While waiting, I was given a set of permanent tags to take home-- which turned out not to be mine, and the registration had someone else's name and information on it. I also had to follow up myself to confirm that my previous loan had been paid off, as the check had not been mailed. I'm grateful that leadership stepped in and helped reach a fair solution, but the repeated mistakes -- even during the resolution process -- reinforce my concerns about the dealership's operations and attention to detail. I hope this feedback helps prevent future issues for other customers.

Exclusive Motorcars at 10100 Liberty Rd in Randallstown is where he ended up, and he was lucky enough to meet Kemi Primeaux. She guided him through the credit minefield and he walked away with a car that he is very happy with. Kemi is awesome and made the entire transaction a pleasant one. My credit is great, but when I am ready for a new ride, I am certainly planning on using Kemi to help me out.

They listed a 2020 Mercedes-Benz E350 online for about $20,815, and I have screenshots/proof of the listing. After I drove to the dealership and spent time there, they suddenly tried to charge me $28,000 for the same car BEFORE taxes and fees. After taxes, dealership fees, and everything else, the total would have been around $34,800+ for a car they advertised online for only about $20,000. When I asked why the price was completely different from the advertised listing, they simply said "it was a mistake." A difference of over $14,000 after taxes and fees is not a small mistake -- that is extremely misleading and dishonest. This felt like classic bait-and-switch advertising just to get customers into the dealership. They were not transparent about the real numbers, wasted my time, and changed the price dramatically once I arrived. Buyers should be very careful dealing with this dealership and make sure to get the full out-the-door price in writing before visiting. Overall, very unprofessional and dishonest experience. Definitely not recommended.

I had no idea what to expect but I just wanted good service for a decent price. My expectations were far exceeded. It is an amazing place to get your car fixed for a fantastic price. The employees at the front desk are phenominal and the mechanics are super fast and talented. I feel like I am part of a family there. Regardless of how long it has been since I have called, they always remember me and welcome my business. It is a smaller location on liberty road and it is a bit if a fast turn into the parking lot but the business itself is not hard to find at all. It is super easy to schedule an appointment online, by phone, or in person. There is a shuttle service if you need to go while your car is being worked on. I prefer to hang around and chat with the staff. Either way, I highly recommend this business and will continue to go myself!

Recently ((January 2025) I was pulled over by a police officer and given a warning because the stickers for the month and year were reversed on the license plate; I told the officer that I had no idea this happened because it was taken care of by the dealer at pruchase. When I called David at Auto Leader he was borderline disinterested in the conversation at first not even acknowledging they made an error. (as if I wouuld call about this falsly out of the blue and as if I did not buy a car from him that was not cheap!) This made me annoyed. He then told me I needed to come in and they would try to fix it. I asked if he could come to my work place, 2 blocks from their shop, and he could fix it there. He refused and said he was trying to seve me time and aggravation over having to go to MVA for new stickers. His solution was in no way saving me time and aggravation already caused by the error, and in the future to get it fixed. His attitude was terrible- he accused me of "pointing fingrer". I would be VERY CAREFUL about doing business with this complany, especially if you want a company with customer services that stands behind their work.

So the next day after i pick up my car, I notice a noise in the RIGHT front end, clicking , screeching So I call Marlene and tell her, she says bring the car back in , but before 8am so Harvey has time to test drive the car. Well that was impossible because my only day off was Sunday, mind you I just started a new job 2 weeks prior because I lost mine when the car got stolen because I couldn't make it to work for 3 days . I made them aware of this also. Finally I'm off of work for week, but Dp was Harvey, I was told to bring the car back when he got out of surgery. All along the noise in the right end is worse the suspension is feeling awful. Welp ! I just took my car back over when I could , months later, but I wasn't waiting for the 8am requirement any longer ! Immediately Harvey looks at the car & says, "this car is out of alignment, it was perfect when it left like it was MY fault! Gives me a loaner and hits me with a $1700 estimate! None of the work had anything to do with the noise in the front end! So ask about the noise, he said t,"the ball joints are dry, I'll grease them when If you get the other work done here. and he was gonna throw the alignment in too. Bless his heart ! He was gonna do me a solid! So i said "nah I'll park it , when my taxes come back I'll bring it in" i had no intentions! So i parked my car, then Covid happened! During that time we did all the work he was going to charge $1700 for for less than $700 ! Except the ball joint lube! I take the car to 4 mechanics, all of them insisting that it unethical to align a car with bad ball joints, the ball joints were damaged upon collision especially if they had to replace the rack , tires and rims! They all four assured me it is against manufacturers recommendation to lube those ball joints, if they are dry , they are bad! Replacing a rack on a car with front end collision and 93k miles and not replacing the ball joints is why it's out of alignment!! They all four said , " the car shouldn't be on the road and he knew it! Even after he was going to get rid of the noise with grease but not the problem, align the car again, wait for me to bring it back out of alignment and nail me to have the ball joints replaced! But hey , he wasn't gonna charge me to rig my ball joints and align my car knowing it wouldn't remain aligned in the first place! So here it is 7 months later .....that little noise that just needed some grease has caused a domino effect f issues with my front end! Don't bother coming here! They are blood suckers!

Bad business in MD: Antwerpen Auto World…read more (long post below) Tina and I are shopping for a second car, and we came across this one, about an hour north of us. https://www.cars.com/vehicledeta.../detail/683327253/overview/ Our daughter Ava and I made the drive up after dropping Tina off at work this morning, and checked the car out. Tina contacted the dealer last night, and they informed her the car is available and has been on the lot for 44 days. Aside from some minor mechanical issues that could be easily haggled, I was very satisfied with the car. Prior to going, Tina and I had secured our own financing and I was ready to hand over the check to the dealer when they came back with something outrageous: They wanted to add 25% to the price of the car for some fees, NOT INCLUDING Tax, Title and License. Now, I may not be the brightest guy, but this just seems like bad business. Here's how the breakdown went: Car listed at $10,999, haggled to $10,500 plus new tires due to dry rot on all 4 tires (inspected and agreed with from their own service tech). The additions after we sat down: $1,500 for Maryland State Inspection $495 for reconditioning $395 for freight Those prices are beyond exorbitant, and should already be included in their ad and the sticker price like every other truth-in-advertising dealer, as I've highlighted in a screenshot below. MD state inspection is $90-100, Tina and I had just gone through with this after transferring our car and motorcycle from California. Reconditioning, also known as detailing the car, runs $100-200 for a good quality detailer. Freight? I was told it was purchased from a local auction, and our car would have been $1,000 to ship from CA to MD if I didn't drive it. I doubt it's $395 to move the vehicle a single digit number of miles. Adding up all these not-advertised costs (I was informed by the salesperson that this was all listed as additional on the ad, again see the screenshot below, it's not) comes out to $2,390 on top of the $10,500 the car is listed at. Some basic math (2390 / 10500) gives us an additional cost of 22.7% over list price, again NOT including TTL (about another $800, 6% tax + ~$150 for title and license). Finally, take a look at the areas I've put a red box around in the image. It very clearly states at the bottom: "The price you see-IS THE PRICE YOU PAY!!!!!" This is simply not the case, and I advise any car shoppers in the Baltimore area to be wary of shady business practices like this from Antwerpen Auto World.

King Motors""...Where customer service is a foreign concept. I purchased a vehicle at "King Motors"…read morein July 2024. When I came to pick the vehicle up to drive it home, I noticed that the inside was very dirty. In addition to vomit and crumbs in the back seat, there appeared to be oil and dirt smeared and spackled throughout the ceiling of the vehicle. Additionally, I noticed that the rear row was covered with food particles and there was trash scattered about the rear of the vehicle. I also noticed that the mileage printed on the bill of sale differed from the actual mileage and that the oil hadn't been changed. Orange flags from Day one. When I reported this issue to the Service Manager informed me that they could clean the vehicle and change the oil for me if I brought it back into the shop over the weekend. I decided to take them up on their offer and scheduled a service appointment for Saturday. When I arrived at the shop Saturday morning there was a long line of cars. When I asked the same Service Manager about the wait period he responded and said that they would not be able to get to me today. No apology or empathy. Nothing but smug. Fast forward, two weeks later the brakes began to squeak. I contacted King Motors and spoke with the owner who asked me to bring the vehicle in to have it inspected. What should have been an hour appointment turned into me waiting for three hours just to receive another excuse about why they could not do what should have been done before the vehicle touched my hands. I also noticed that they key FOB they gave me didn't work for the vehicle. Instead of replacing the FOB, I received a second key that would only work in the door. A week passed, and I followed up with the Service Manager again to address my concerns and I finally was able to get the oil and brakes changed. I ended up paying out of pocket to have the vehicle professionally cleaned. When I brought this up to the Service Manager , he explained that cleaning the vehicle is a complimentary service and that they, "King Motors" didn't have to clean the vehicle. I told him that this was a first for me. Most dealerships clean and service the vehicle before they release the vehicle to the consumer. This, three weeks after having the vehicle in my possession. Fast forward July 2025. I received a call from a receptionist in the office informing me that my warranty was due to expire in October. She then explained that "King Motors" was offering a free vehicle inspection and wanted to schedule me for an appointment . I agreed to have the vehicle inspected and asked her to provide me with an appointment date and time. The receptionist scheduled me for an appointment on 7/9/25 at 4:30PM. Today, I decided to call to inquire about how long the inspection would take... When I called, I spoke with the Service Manager, who said oh we can't take you today something came up.... This after, I rearranged my work schedule yet again to accommodate theirs. No apology, no empathy, no care or concern. I then asked him if anyone was going to at least give me a courtesy call to say that appointment was canceled. His response was you can come tomorrow at 1:00PM. Instead of going back and forth with this man I respectfully disengaged. My experience at King Motors was nothing short of sub-par and unprofessional. Never Again!!!!
