Their system is often down. I guess there is an overload of customers that go to this location, but I always seem to have issues with depositing checks at the atms at this particular branch. Sometimes I will use the app, but I prefer the old school way of depositing my checks. Going inside is often a long wait to get to the window, but it probably depends on the day and time as well. Maybe I just always go to this branch at the wrong time. If there was another close by, I'd go to that one instead. Just my personal opinion.

It's still working it's way up the chain of command - for $35!!!! Ridiculous. It's not the money now, it's the principle. I may pull my accounts if this doesn't get resolved soon.
