Their system is often down. I guess there is an overload of customers that go to this location, but I always seem to have issues with depositing checks at the atms at this particular branch. Sometimes I will use the app, but I prefer the old school way of depositing my checks. Going inside is often a long wait to get to the window, but it probably depends on the day and time as well. Maybe I just always go to this branch at the wrong time. If there was another close by, I'd go to that one instead. Just my personal opinion.

On that one occasion my visit was pretty smooth, my wait time was appropriate and the teller was polite.
