Save your money and protect yourself from this devious conniving franchise. They work as a team AGAINST the customer. Speaking as a current customer who got conned into a contract with this company if you are looking for a car go somewhere else. This place sounds to good to be true because it is. They take advantage and prey on customers. I'm stuck in a contract paying for an overpriced faulty car. The paperwork they gave stated that the car was in good condition before purchase but you'll find out after you can't return the car that the car is not as good as they said after all. By this time it'll be to late to return it and you won't be able to trade it because they will then say you have to pay a certain percentage before doing so( even though they tell you during purchase that you can trade the car in if it doesn't work out for you, they do not mention this). They make you pay a large percentage before you can trade it and when you tell them the car trouble you are having ( which should be covered in your two year warranty) and ask for clarification of the warranty not only do they not want to help you, but you end up coming out of more money to fix the problem WHILE STILL MAKING PAYMENTS on this overlypriced car. I'm paying costs to fix the car plus still expected to make monthly payments. You also don't get to see their service team until a month/sometimes months before they will see your car . When they do finally see your car the problem is rarely resolved. This has interfered with my work and school. Scheduling out a month or months in advance cuts the 2 year warranty time for them to fix the car before your stuck with a junk car when the warranty ends. I had problems with this car within the month of me purchasing it. They work as a team AGAINST the customer. They will not allow you to review your contract with a representative and eventually because you are voicing your concerns of them not holding their end of the contract you become overlooked and avoided. The only time they reach out is to tell you your payment is coming up. You basically have no rights in the situation. You hold your end of the bargain but they do not. Also, it's a franchise so calling the corporate will not help. Once again, they trap you into a contract and work against you when you bring up the service issues with the car. According to them my car was in good condition before I bought it. I found out later this was not true. I have taken my car to other service companies and found out issues with the car. I wish I would have read the true reviews before purchasing. Not the ones made up on their website. It should be illegal what they do to people. Save your money & protect yourself from this company. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. This place sounds to good to be true because it is. Beware of their fake customer reviews to lure customers in.
