Ok this establishment was and is a complete waste of time. I stopped by there looking to order a…read morecustom dress shirt last Tuesday. I gave all the details of exactly what I needed and the in store agent wrote everything down. The store's owner asked that I come back on Saturday to start the process of ordering the shirts I needed. The owner was on speaker phone with the agent and myself. I told her I would come back Saturday morning at 10am. I was back at the store at 10am sharp and the agent said the owner wasn't there. He called her and she was in the hospital but her husband was getting off a flight and may be able to come to the store to help me. The agent called on put him on speaker and this is when things went left. He was never informed of my initial request and started asking for details that I'd already given both the agent and owner. This when I told him I'd already given that info and now I'm looking to simply get this process started. He started to explain his flight and traveling details which I cared zero about actually. I asked him what did all that have to do with me? He got irritated and said he couldn't help me. This fraud of a business is one you should totally skip and find what you need from a business that appreciates you and your needs. The lack of follow through and professionalism is absolutely mind boggling. There was a total lack of accountability and communication was non existent. Tell ALL of your friends/associates to never give this business your money and most importantly your time. You will thank me later trust me!

OK unless you're looking for washable slacks…read more Was in need of some new pants and had put it off till now because of all of the confusion with the move and everything. Most of the move is behind us and time to get serious about new pants. My wife has quietly discarded some of my pants over the past couple of months citing that they were worn, frayed, did not fit properly which I disagree with and I did notice that they were disappearing. My wife went online and saw some possibilities on Men Warehouse Website which I will admit looked promising. Since I am transitioning from dress to everyday casual as retirement looms, she was looking for something that did not have to be dry cleaned and could be machine washed. On line, they had several candidates. When we went to the store, we were told that this was on line only and everything they had in the Northlake Store was Wool and Dry Clean only. They did offer that if we went to Belk's, Macy's or Dillard's and found something close, their Tailor could custom fit the pant to meet my needs. Belk's had what I needed with no modifications.

After eating FOUR HOURS I was finally able to get a 3 jackets and 4 shirts. The jackets were to be tailored and be ready by the 18th. I paid and left. On the 17th I called to verify pickup of my jackets. I was advised the tailors wife passed away and my jackets were not ready. I advised I was to leave on the 19th and I NEEDED those jackets. Sheryl advised she would see what could be done. On the 18th she advised there was nothing to be done and she would refund my jackets. This was a HUGE miss. Men's Warehouse is a national, publicly traded company. Out of all the orders why was my order that no one thought to check!?! So now I have a trip tomorrow and no dress jackets. Never use this store. They do not care about you.

This store has had multiple new managers in the last year, but I have never experienced such a rude…read moreand sexist environment in my life. On multiple occasions I have seen and heard about the General Manager, Justin, being rude and crashing out on women for no reason. He is a rude, unprofessional POS. He cussed out one of his employees in front of the entire store saying she doesn't deserve to be paid the same amount as the other male Assistant Managers who work there and made her cry. When she took off Justin and the regional manager Tommie who I have met at the concord location and have my own complaints about were making fun of her and laughing about the fact that she was crying. I have called corporate multiple times to report these issues but I just get sent to a voicemail with no call back. I am friends with someone who works at both locations so I have seen on multiple occasions the way they treat people and speak to people. Justin the GM is NEVER at the store and when he is there he is rude, emotional, yelling, throwing things in the back of the store when he doesn't get his way. He's like a toddler with no home training and acts like someone who has never been taught to speak to people especially women with respect. My advice to anyone and everyone especially since their corporate office is okay with this type of behavior, don't waste your time visiting any of their locations, don't spend your money, and definitely don't apply for a job here. You will be miserable and apparently the women who work their aren't good enough to make more than $13 an hour. People like Justin deserve to not have a job period, and his boss Tommie is no better.
