I received a reply and sample print of the booklets from another vendor who could meet the deadline. However, after a review of the booklet, I discovered that the quality of the print was lacking. So, I continued to search. On the morning, of Wednesday, January 22, I contacted Chile Media. Professionalism: First, the owner of Chile Media, Abram Alonso, responded to my email inquiry. He was professional and he offered to help. Abram Alonso is an expert in his field with an eye for perfection. Mr. Alonso personally reviewed my layout and upon review, I noted a few errors and, that some of the items were incomplete on my draft. "No worries," Mr. Alonso said, "we can fix it and make your deadline." No-fuss just success, the corrections were made by the technicians and a draft was sent to me for a review as promised. The draft was great and I was of the opinion that all was well, but then I discovered a mistake I made on the page designation.
