Most dry cleaners if you arrive before 9, they can get it done the same day. I was promptly told that their cut off is 8. Ok...no problem. Mind you I walked in with an arm load of clothes. I than asked if they could make an exception for this one suit. Everything else wasn't needed. The woman took it reluctantly and said it would be extra. Ok rush job...extra. Ok. She than said "$20...cash only" Really? In looking at your card machine. "Rush job...cash only" What is she the Cleaners Nazi (like soup Nazi from Seinfeld). I actually thought I must be getting Punk'd. I return to pick up my suit and I wanted to make sure I was clear on the payment method. As I was looking at a fully operation card machine. She and her husband (I'm assuming) said yes cash only for rush jobs. I promptly paid them and let them know I wouldn't be returning. That was poor customer service both in their tone of voice and putting stipulations based on a "rush job." His response was "Ok...we don't need you to come back". You don't have to tell me twice. I'm new to the neighborhood. They won't be getting my family's business again. By the way, they wouldn't get any stars, but I had to give them one to post this.

I've been using Professional Cleaners for my dry cleaning and laundry for about 7 years. Full…read moredisclosure the owner is my father in law, but that doesn't change the honesty in this review. Frankly they do an incredible job. Partly because Dennis has a lifelong career of being in the clothing business - from manufacturing to fabric care. When it comes to how to handle a garment, a stain , a whatever - he knows exactly what needs to be done. It's been a part of his daily life for 50 years. He also does the little things that delight his customers like: Always finding and removing spots (without my having to point them out) Collar protectors for dress shirts, so the collars don't get flattened or out of shape Folding sweaters perfectly on hangers so the necks don't stretch Tying the garment hangers together so I can easily hold them when taking home. Dennis really understands customer service and the staff takes pride in their work. He didn't ask me to write this review , but I'm writing it because his business is awesome and customers should experience his services. I hope you will give him a try. New customers get a discount. What I like most about A+ Cleaners is that I don't roll my eyes when I see the price. Although it's…read morestill pricey (dry cleaning is a luxury), it's not as bad as other places I've been using. I also appreciate that my clothes don't have a strong chemical smell when they are returned. A part of me has wondered if the clothes are really clean because they are missing that awful smell, but since my clothes are always lint free and pressed, I keep coming back to A+. I've had varied items (wool coat, trench coat, suit, skirt) cleaned by A+. I usually drop off and pick up before noon because there is a lot of foot traffic at this corner in the afternoon and early evening, and I'd rather avoid that. I'm usually in and out quickly and only once have I waited more than a few minutes. Another customer had lost his receipt and had left his clothes there for a couple of months. Because there is a sign that they are not responsible for clothes left for longer than 30 days, the counter guy (Luis?) said he would look for it but couldn't promise him that he'd find the clothes. It was an older man (maybe mid-70's) and I felt bad for him, but Luis was being polite and helpful and that's all you can ask. I rarely give a place five stars but there's really no reason not to with A+. They do good work, the customer service is good, the costs are reasonable, there is ample parking, and they are 5 minutes from my house. That has to be as good as it gets. Yelp 100 # 3

I'm lazy in the morning, so I frequently end up taking my dry cleaning to the place in my office, and instantly wanting to kick myself in the face when it is over $30 for two suits. Not again. Today, I went in with dry cleaning and a wadded up ball of half wet sheets, towels, and for some reason, a flannel shirt. They don't even do regular washing, but the guy took pity on me because my dryer broke and offered to do all the soggy clothes dry cleaning style and just charge me half price. The dry cleaning is MUCH cheaper than most places and they're good and quick. Two suits, a pair of pants, and a jacket for $15?!? I'll have to go a few more times before I'd take a wedding dress here or anything, but for standard stuff, you have earned my business slash weird laundry, good sir.

The color is mostly faded except for the spots that look either dirty or streaked. When I first saw it after they "cleaned" it, I was so upset that I couldn't even take it home. Electing to wait for the manager to return the next day. That just added insult to injury, as he politely suggested that it was my fault that the spot on the pocket was my fault saying I must had a sticker there and the residual glue reacted with the chemical. At that time I didn't see the magnitude of how badly they F-ed up my jacket. I could only see the pocket. Now I see the shoulders, the back, the undersides of the sleeves, the two different tones in various places. I could go on but the photos tell most of the story. If anyone know where I could take it to get it dyed, I'd give that a shot.
