Whoever owns this dealership, give Leslie and Joe a raise, because i usually bitch and complain to no end, yet here I am with no complaints. Good peoples. 5 stars. Absolutely amazing service at Toyota Pharr!…read more I came to this dealership after leaving another dealership due to unexpected hidden fees at closing. Toyota Pharr was a completely different experience -- the process was quick, easy, and, most importantly, there were no unnecessary fees or add-ons. Extra kudos to my sales consultant, Aaron Gonzales, and the boss, Ricardo Ayala. I was impressed from the moment I walked onto the sales floor all the way to receiving the keys to my new truck. Aaron went above and beyond to meet and exceed my needs without hesitation. He was professional, straightforward, and made the entire experience stress-free. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers and keeps the buying process transparent, I highly recommend checking out Toyota Pharr.
