This review won't do justice to the level of professionalism and sincere interest that Heather…read moretakes in providing you quality service in helping to craft a resume that will get LOOKS, attention, and most importantly, an offer!!! I've been out of the rat race (employment world) for a decade. Although I have a past work history of lots of clerical experience and have owned two small businesses, my last ten years of volunteering with too much free time, my lack of current job experience using software and with the very very high competition for work in Eugene/Springfield made finding a job/career situation seemingly impossible. My old/outdated resume was just not getting attention. When I contacted Heather she replied within a few hours and we were on the phone talking about me and my work history/skills and how to move forward in updating my resume to get me the job I wanted. I followed her instructions providing her with as much info as possible that would add to my resume (all my volunteer experiences) and we met for coffee and she went over everything. Later that afternoon I had a resume that looked pretty awesome. Heather also helped me craft a cover letter that company managers/HR department heads want to read. I was getting responses from my cover letter/resume submissions and importantly, interviews! After spending a month of not getting any leads I was getting closer and closer to a job. Heather even helped me w/ interview tips and kept in touch w/ me to make sure I was feeling confident about job hunting. She went above and beyond my expectations. I was hired this week and owe a lot to Heather's skillful talent in the HR world.

She never did. In September I tried again at the urging of my boyfriend; when I called from my phone I went straight to VM but if I called from my boyfriend's phone she'd answer. She said she'd take a look at my paperwork, to drop it off and give her 2-3 days. Ten days later I called and asked if she'd gotten a chance to look at it, she hadn't, she said to call her first thing the next morning. I called at 11am the next day, she still hadn't taken a look. It's not even tax season and she couldn't get to me! I asked if I could pick it up later that day (to take to someone else), she said yes; when I got there my sensitive tax info was sitting on the front desk, unattended. No one came out to greet me. I took my paperwork and left. She never gave a single apology for wasting so much of my time. This business lacks common courtesy, and judging by how I was treated in September there's no way I'd ever take anything here during the busyness of tax season.
