The movingfellows company (www.movingfellows.com) has been using Payroll Resources, LLC for over a…read moreyear now. We are grateful to find that such a payroll company exists in Oregon. Before using Payroll Resources we went through about 5 other companies, all of which had systems in place that didn't cater to our needs, and who made things difficult, and charged higher rates. The Payroll Resources company on the other hand, has a very clean system of management; on a bi-weekly basis they send notices for when worker hours are due; review our online time-sheets; send invoices that include an itinerary of costs; give workers pay options (direct deposit, check, cash card); communicate well when issues arise. Alice Note (Payroll Manager) is fast, efficient, communicates well. The company's President Makana Apo genuinely cares about our companies well being, and searches for ways to lower Workers Comp rates.
