If it's not worth it to her to tell the two women she dealt with apart and there isn't honesty about the conversations had, the professionalism is out the window. Pretty offensive. Pros: responsive, organized, on time, kind, likable, easy to talk to, good invoice and payment system Neutral: lighter than average cleaning Con: rates Verdict: $40-45/hr is too expensive. We won't set up the recurring monthly service we'd hoped for. This business is probably better suited for those who aren't on a budget and are looking for touch-up cleanings.
