From the start, he was extremely clear in his communication of exactly what his bid included and what kind of results to expect and also provided other options we could pursue. His work included a generous warranty that covers not only things like cracking and shifting but also if the tree roots lift up the new panels again. As soon as we signed our contract, he and his crew were out almost immediately for demolition over the weekend and poured the new panels just a few days later before sealing everything post-cure. The final price we paid was very reasonable (almost 30% less than other bids!), particularly considering this project included the extra work of removing tree roots buried under the panels. We're happy with the result and would recommend him for any kind of concrete work.

They fixed the issue and ran a new bead of caulk, explaining that it should fix the leaking I'm seeing inside, and to give them a call if it persists. Because he was not able to build our chimney until well into the fall he did not put on the final sealer that he had told us was very important to make the chimney last longer, because the sealer needed several days of dry weather to properly dry. We paid him for the entire job (including applying the sealer) and he promised that he would come back and apply the sealer the following spring, after the weather got nice. However, when spring came and I tried to contact Don I found that he had become impossible to reach. He did not answer emails, text messages or phone calls, and his phone did not have voicemail so I could not leave a message. I even tried sending him a letter by USPS but he never answered. All I want is for him to compete the job that I already have paid for in full. But for some reason he has apparently decided that he is not going to do the work, and is obviously avoiding all of my attempts to contact him. If you hire Don be sure that you do NOT pay him until he completes the job!
