When I contacted with concern that paying someone I'd never met before 100% in advance without even knowing when they would do the work, offering to advance half immediately and the other half in person the day the work was done, I immediately got back rude and hostile responses, and they blocked me. They put together proposal, which was very competitive compared to the other ones, and I also had seen their work that was done on the other side of the yard. I was going to be out of town at the time, so I told him I needed it to be done before I left, or after I got back. He responded very quickly and said he could come out that afternoon and start the job. He showed up as promised, got the majority of the poles set that day, and his team came back the next day and knocked out 90% of the replacement and repaired fence. They showed up a day later for the final touches she clean up! Great job! I'm planning to bring him back to do some work on the front of my fence, which will be all on my bill.
