When we noticed that they were used, we pointed out that they were used and asked for new tires. They gave us used dirty tires again. When we said we no longer wanted their services, the manager stopped talking mid sentence and walked away. All the employees stopped speaking completely and keep staring intimidatingly at us. They put the two tires back on. We left and one of the tires they put back on the car wasn't even the original tire we came in with. Never coming here again.

The vibration in the front that I was feeling had to do with the unevenness of the tires. Figured that out about a week ago after some front end work which I thought would solve the problem. Bought three tires and two gently used rims off eBay (that look new) and these guys mounted everything for $25 a tire. They swapped the rubber off another tire and put it on the old rim for my spare....so that's 4 tires, one with no mounting. $75 for everything. Some companies will charge you up to $75 PER TIRE. Love these dudes. Even tipped the guy that did the work some lunch money. Waiting on the alignment now since they don't open up until 9a on the that side of the house. Alignment done. $70. $145 and less than 2 hours for the whole process + ate breakfast. There was a Colombian gentleman named "Leonardo" selling chicken arepas in the parking lot ....and they were GOOD ASF! Go figure. I've had arepas before and they weren't particularly good, but this gentleman had a juicy flavorful (breast meat) one on the PERFECT corn pattie. All he needed on it with some jalapenos or some kind of heat. He sold from his car, barely spoke English and didn't have a business card, but I'll be sure to catch up with him at the Home Depot in College Park where he says he normally is selling his food. Funny how I didn't understand him until he let me smell his arepa. Food is a universal language. What a terrific Saturday morning!!! I've done a mechanical review and a food review all at once lol.

Each time has been non-eventful. I'm a meticulous individual, and I am always afraid of being on the receiving end of rim damage when getting my tires changed but have never had an issue. I was apprehensive about having them change my Model S tires because you have to put the vehicle in "jack mode" from the touch screen to turn off the air suspension and you need to use "lifting pucks" to lift the car under the side rails. It's not complicated, you just have to know what you're doing. I honestly printed the instructions out - and gave them a copy - and went over the process with a mechanic before handing the car over and everything went great. I also brought my own lifting pucks just to be safe. I appreciated everybody listening to my concern, even though I'm sure they would have been fine. But, you know, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! Good pricing, great people, I definitely recommend them.

Recently, I took my vehicle to order new tires and the new shop manager Eddie managed to assist. He gave me an affordable price, a discount, order the new tires and I received them soon thereafter. Mine were damaged after the installation, and I have been dealing with the new manager for 2 weeks who has not been available to address and fix this issue. Constant cancellations and delays in a easy resolution. A relationship and reputation built in years destroyed in minutes. So sad, but I will not be going to this shop.

So, come tomorrow or get a new tire. All of this by the younger guy. I said I'd come back tomorrow and was then told the other patch machine was working. Then the hole was too big for a patch, then I needed a new tire altogether. Told them I'd let my husband bring it back and they said they close at 4. Looking here online, they close at 6. Just lying!!! Then they called the fake "manager" (probably family) on the phone to convince me. Finally, they would give me a used tire for $80. Who pays $80 for a used tire AND I've gotten used tires from them before for less? After being there for an hour, the "manager" said $70...I said fine to get out of there. However, I hope the $70 was worth it because we've spent alot more than that there and it was the last. Too many tire places, to get ripped off by one. Hope you're better to your next customer.
