I went online and chatted with one of their Representatives and he told me that if I ordered today (a Monday) and purchased their Riders Plus package (~$60), my package would go out fast with expedited shipping. I asked the REP if the 2 day shipping meant getting it out their door and he said "No it will be to you in 2 days". I look up the tracking of my package today only to find out it's going to get here too late for a ride I have planned for this weekend. They took my $60 for the RPM membership too. Horrible my dad needed a new tire for his bike. I paid $80 for over night delivery on a sunday. Never got it monday or tuesday. I called they tried to say my card declined. This is my business card I use all the time no way it would decline. I felt like it was a excuse because someone forgot my order. Suddenly my card worked?? Then I get a pre authorization charge for the full amount on my card. So I got charged twice. Most pre authorization charges are $1 to $30 not a full amount. So i got to pay $190 twice. ( TIRES) J&P Cycles sold a friend of mine, and myself new Metzeler tires not too long ago 09/2020, and both of the tires we received were well over two years old beyond the manufactured dates on both 2618. That is already 2 years and 3 months old. If you look at several motorcycle tire videos of the recommended life expectancy of motorcycle tires it states 3-5 years. It highly recommends to never buy any tire with a MFD date code of older than 2 years. We will not ever purchase any items from J&P Cycles ever, after having been sold outdated, unsafe tires from this company. I placed an order with J&P cycles due to all other websites showing out of stock back at the beginning of december because J&P Advertised that it was in stock fast forward almost 2 months later and my order still has not shipped due to "stocking issues with the vendor". i am furious because i spoke with customer service multiple times about this throughout the last month and get told different things such as a new guaranteed shipping date of jan 7th and its back in stock and the issues have been resolved and then a few weeks later still no shipping to be told my item is sitting out on a pallet somewhere. Wrong parts, missing the O2 adapters, other missing hardware. So now I end up returning it, which they charge ME for. Then on top of that, they drag their feet and as of now, I STILL do not have my parts. It's been well past a month, considering I got confirmation of the delivery of the return only 3 days after I sent it back. They said "they still have to process it". Horrible customer service, lack of knowledge on part fitment and outdated retail technology. I wanted to replace my rear turn signals and chatted with one of there technicians. I order the part he recommended. When it arrived I only received one turn signal. I immediately went online and ordered the other one with expedited shipping for $20. I then went on to install the one I did receive and it did not fit. I immediately called back to cancel the order. The next day I was notified the order had shipped so I called to see if my order was cancelled and they said it was but the cancellations tale 24 to 48 hours to cancel so the order still shipped and I would have to return and still pay the $20 for expedited shipping plus an additional $7 to return an order I cancelled before it shipped. Companies wonder why they are losing all there business to Amozon and this is exactly why. You would think that when I called to cancel the order the person I spoke to could ensure that order did not ship. BE AWARE/FALSE ADVERTISING/LYING EMPLOYEES/SCAM COMPANY I ordered a HCI 105 polo style half helmet on 2 MAY 2019 and did not get no email confirmation or and updates as to where my package was. So after 6 Business days of not receiving my package I decided to give them a call and see what the deal was. After talking to their head supervisor named Amy she told me that the website states "package usually takes 2 to 4 business days to ship" in which I told her six business days has already passed. She also stated that they were not sure when they would receive the package from the vendor but when they did she would do overnight shipping. so in other words if I get my package it would probably be well over 12 business days and that's where the misleading and false advertisement come into play. The problem I have is them lying to customers about their ship time making people think they will get the package within 2 to 4 business days when in reality they do not even have the product to ship out and are unsure as to when they will even get the product from the vendor since they do not have it in stock. If you do not have an item in stock, at least state it some where on your website where people can see and know that it might take a month for them to get their package. Worst customer service I have ever had. I've bought at least 10 grand worth of parts from them over the years and never had any problems until now. Ordered a complete wide glide front end and nothing fits together. Axle won't fit lower legs and lower triple tree fork stops are cast wrong so forks hit tanks. I've never heard of a Life Line brand of forks but apparently J&P uses them instead of a brand we are familiar with in the USA. A number of other things are wrong with this order but I won't go that far. Last thing and I'll stop complaining. This review is for the store, at Destination Daytona, which is actually in Ormond Beach, FL, just off 95. If you have driven by on the highway you have seen the huge store. Inside they have every conceivable accessory for the American made motorcycle rider. The place has custom motorcycles all over the sales floor as well, so you can see all the parts on actual rides. I should have read the recent reviews for JP Cycles before ordering. I have been a customer for years with them and am completely disgusted with the treatment I received. I just placed a big order and happen to find it cheaper on Amazon a week later. Not only did they not match the $600 price difference, every customer service rep I spoke with had attitude except one. I plan on blasting J&P Cycle on every social media platform I can find so no one else will get ripped off by them. I've had several problems with J&P Cycles - and I'm at a point that after I get my tail light refunded, I won't deal with them at all anymore. I ordered a seat which was on back order (backordered on every site I checked). A week before it was supposed to be available, I was told it would be an additional 3 weeks. No big deal I thought. 4 weeks later I checked the status to find the order had be CANCELLED; I went on the site and saw that they had one seat in stock - my seat! I ordered it, and got it fairly fast, but who knows how long it was sitting there for someone else to swoop up! Why did the order get cancelled? Why didn't I get some sort of notification? Nobody at J&P could explain it. I also ordered a black Performance Machine gas cap and got chrome - I noticed it was mis-labeled by J&P (the Performance Machine package label was correct). No big deal I thought...until I called to verify the black was available and was told I would be liable for the return shipping cost if the item they received back was in fact black. ...uh, what? That's why I'm returning it...because it's NOT black. I laughed because I knew the girl must be joking around, but unfortunately she was serious. Most recently I ordered a tail light - and received it pretty fast, I opened the box to see right away that the taillight package had previously been opened. There were parts missing (accessory-lights wiring harness was gone, turn signal plug was gone), the adhesive for the module was used and no longer sticky, the module itself was beat to hell, the taillight was missing it's protective plastic wrap so it had been scuffed from rubbing around during shipping, and there was a random package of push-washers in the mix, which obviously weren't part of the tail light assembly. I was tempted to throw them in my junk drawer, but sent them back with a note to show that their quality control was lacking. Out of all of the items I've bought from J&P, I've had to return or exchange about half of them. Frustrating to say the least. Each time I figure that I'll give it one more try because I've already paid for the Gold Club Membership, so I might as well use it - then I get burned. So I'm done with 'em now. I placed an order on 4/25 for an oil change kit which was scheduled to arrive on 5/4. On that day I received a notification from UPS that the package was damaged and was being shipped back to J&P. I contacted J&P (32 minute hold time) and notified them to process a refund when they receive the return. The CSR said that he would note it and didn't give any further info. J&P received the return on 5/9 and nothing happened.I send an email asking about the refund status on 5/14 and never received a reply. I finally called on 5/19 (21 minute hold time) and was told that they are taking at least 3 weeks to just process a return so I shouldn't expect anything until after that time. I asked if there was anything that could be done since the return was not due to anything that I had done. I was told "that's just how it is". So now I had to purchase an oil change kit at the local harley shop which was much more expensive and I just have to wait for my money to be returned. I will not be using J&P again. read more

When I called they said the first is a Hold on Funds and the second was actual billing. When I explained the my account funds were hit twice she said give it 3 days or so and the hold will be released. She said this is normal practice at JP Cycles. Later I ordered a couple more shirts and gloves, decided to cancel the gloves before they even shipped but they still charged me for them. I called to get them to refund me, my original order was July 11, today is August 26 and I still have not received the correct refund!!!
