They were prompt, professional, and polite. They packed most of the items and wrapped the furniture. From packing and loading the truck to unloading: a little over 48 hours. This is the only move I've experienced where nothing was damaged or broken. Nothing. Most importantly, they were very kind and patient with mom. I recommend them without hesitation and have given their info to mom's neighbors for when it's their time to move and I'd definitely them again.

Our experience was rough, very rough. I can say this, none…read moreof them could listen. The boxes stated where they would go, they couldnt read. They asked each time where the boxes went, and when they left, none of the boxes where in the right spots. I could go on and on about how bad this was. (These kids/men) did not want to work, did not have any experience at all and literally had to be watched the whole time and didnt even listen to anything hardly at all. It really seemed like they did this on purpose, walking slow, didnt show up even with 1 dolly, we spoke about using dollies for heavy boxes, real heavy. They show up and didnt want to move them, because they had no dollies? A moving company with no dollies? They showed up almost 6 hours early and wondered why we are not ready. etc. The group of children we got, basically got paid huge to do very little. 1 guy spent an hour taking apart a couch that didnt even need to, and he argued that point for 10 mins. He also needed 2 others help to do this. We got it in through this hall with out taking apart, weve have never had to take it apart. He takes it apart anyway. (that was 200 dollars). They gave a discount, but really, they moved about 25% stuff compared to the last guys we used, moved almost all our stuff in the same time frame. This was just real bad service from people who really didnt know how to move or pack at all, some of them looked like they was 16. Making fun of us around the corner, talking on the phone, using phones while working, etc. We ended up having to move most all of our heavy boxes that we hired them to do. I caught one guy taking out a broom, he was gonna carry a broom the whole way to the truck. We hired you to lift and move the large boxes... i say... he kept walking and i had to grab it from his hand and tell him again, NO. This is not a heavy box.... I assume they sent newbies but really, we could have done it all ourselves better and faster. We should have. This time. Hopefully they hire people who actually care... We got a bunch of kids who cant read or write it seems?

I have her voicemail and would attach it here if reviews permitted that. I was told that I would receive a phone call prior to the movers arriving. I waited this morning and didn't receive one. Then I called was informed that the movers were there waiting for 45 minutes and that I was responsible for paying for that time they waited because someone wrote my phone number incorrectly. When I called, Ann said "normal people" would be where they are supposed to be. They decided to have three movers and NEVER informed me. They moved the same stuff from my old house to the storage with 2 movers. Costing me $77 more per hour more than anticipated. I didn't authorize an additional mover. The owner came to my house last time to give me a quote and left his business card. I have misplaced it (while moving) and Ann refuses to give me his contact info.

My Movers Inc. was a fantastic moving experience. Fast, professional, no surprises, minimal stress…read more Very fair pricing for the high quality work they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We hired My Movers Inc. for an interstate move (about 12 hours away.) After a short phone call, they responded with a rough estimate based on the size of our home the following morning, which was a great response time. They scheduled an in-person walkthrough that week, showed up on time, and had an itemized, specific estimate by the end of it. We were able to schedule the move then and there, and were given guidelines on how to pack our things for the move and what wasn't allowed (e.g. liquids, fragile loose items, etc.) on the truck. Movers showed up right on schedule and cleared our packed belongings and furniture in under 2 hours. Similar story for unloading: they arrived right on time, and got all our stuff off the truck in 2 hours. Even though we didn't have a ton of stuff, I was impressed with how quickly they were able to load and unload. Everyone we interacted with throughout the process was friendly and polite. We ultimately came in slightly under the original estimate, which may not always be the case, but I appreciate when a business estimates high. Pleasant surprises are always better than unpleasant ones. :)

Most of the bids were flat rate for interstate moves, even though both towns were right on the border of each state and most bids were approximately $1,200. One company even bid three moving men for this trip. I clearly understand when families move their entire home and all belongings, one may need more movers and time for this process. This furniture had no sentimental value and was not worth $1,200; I simply wanted to utilize something I already had as I do not like to shop. TJ's Services arrived for the pickup and delivered on time. They were very courteous and did a very nice job. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I had any other moving needs.

They did not disappoint. Ben and team were prompt and communicative from the very beginning. Although we hit a few scheduling snags, they stayed committed and got the job done. All of this without any damage as they ensured the walls and floors were protected. They ended up doing packing, hauling away trash and moving property all in one day! I asked for the last items of the house to be packed... they said they'd start loading and come back to that... truck got full and they left leaving the rest unpacked. It wasn't a ton of things but I wanted that as part of the job. Also, several things got dented and scratched. They wrapped some furniture once it got downstairs instead of when it was upstairs... not really sure why, but I have to guess that's where problems occurred. Some things also got damaged in the truck because of poor loading. Upon unloading it was clear that certain items shouldn't have been placed on others because of shape and weight. All in all, the job got done... but there were enough annoyances that I have to think another company will work better for you.
