We provided all the packing material. Then had to repeat everything at least ten times because they didn't listen or pay attention. Kept putting things in front of the most important items that needed to be loaded. Charged us by the hour but kept stopping to look at their phones and asking what they should do when they're standing right next to items that needed to be loaded on the truck. Overcharged us for the total move claimed they arrived at 15 mins earlier than they did and charged for the time. Took way longer than it should have and very disappointed by the whole experience. Didn't pack the truck efficiently - had to go in and rearrange items to make more space. Still have items to load but will do it ourselves because paying them for additional time just wasn't worth it.

The gentleman who scheduled my move over the phone was attentive, knowledgeable and provided costs to me upfront. There was no confusion on what we would be paying and they had plenty availability for the day that we wanted. The morning of our move, the gentlemen called me 30 minutes before arriving and guess what? They arrived EXACTLY at their start time! They promptly got to work, asking us during a quick walkthrough what things we needed packed up (apartment move to a house). They were friendly, laughing and talking to us, and very swift. They packed up our apartment and attached garage in a few hours and set off to our storage unit to pack the rest. YES - they stopped at our storage in the middle of the move to get the rest of our belongings! On the way to our new home, a 3rd mover from their team called me to inquire if I wanted to have a 3rd person to keep making the move go faster (as a member of the first team's shift had ended). I said yes, and the new team member showed up with the original team and kept going. I can't stress how polite these young men were! They gave us recommendations and asked our preferences all day! The biggest thing of all was that they moved a 400 lb safe up to the top floor of my house with not a scratch to any floor or wall!!! I was blown away. These young men were so considerate that they changed their shoe covers EVERY TIME they walked onto our new flooring and carpet! You guys can imagine how many trips they made...I just can't stop saying how courteous and polite they were. In the end, the money we paid was a great bargain for all that they helped with. I will forever use them for any moving needs that I have and HIGHLY recommend them!

Another thing is that their quote was a flat rate and everyone else's quote was based on an hourly limit and charged significantly more every hour over. Had I gone with another company, I would have been out at least $300-$400 dollars. Three guys showed up on time, dressed in uniform and were super professional. One was a supervisor and he made sure everything was done right from wrapping furniture in blankets to unhooking and rehooking up the washer and dryer, etc. all the other movers I called refused to do washers and dryers and since I'm single and don't know how to do it, this was anther huge plus. Don't let the fact that they are based in Kokomo discourage you if you're from Indy. They showed up on time and were just great in every way. Give these guys a call; you won't be sorry!!

She was apologetic and motivated to make it right. Movers arrived at 5:30pm instead of 10:30am. Showed up with a 15' truck instead of 20', causing us to make 2 trips. I had pre packed and wrapped EVERYTHING and separated the garage items from the house items. Instead of packing all garage items or all house items at the same time, the movers decided to mix. I'm still carrying boxes back and forth between the house and garage, which are located 60 feet apart. One of the 3 movers suffered from heat exhaustion and checked out for an hour while the work continued. Understandable but confused why the company still wanted to charge me for that worker's time. The biggest surprise was never hearing from Grace's supervisor all day to apologize, explain, assist. Grace deserves better and so did I.

Worst moving experience of my life…read more Their estimators have no idea what they are doing. They tried to wedge all my house into one truck and failed. They did an in home estimate and were way off. I questioned would they need 2 trucks and they said it would all fit in one. They were wrong. After a 12 hour day of packing boxes and the truck, it didn't all fit. They blamed me. They did the estimate and packed. Their estimator who the driver called was a rude, unprofessional, jack ass. He blamed me and started cursing at me. It was their mistake. Trust real professional movers, not these amateurs. After a day and a half of back and forth I did get a discount for their screw up, but it still cost me 2 days and renting a u haul to finish my interstate move. Also lots of damaged and broken items. They are so difficult with claims, it's not worth it. Worst moving experience ever, shit customer service. Don't waste your time with these jokers.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. We hired My Movers Inc. for an interstate move (about 12 hours away.) After a short phone call, they responded with a rough estimate based on the size of our home the following morning, which was a great response time. They scheduled an in-person walkthrough that week, showed up on time, and had an itemized, specific estimate by the end of it. We were able to schedule the move then and there, and were given guidelines on how to pack our things for the move and what wasn't allowed (e.g. liquids, fragile loose items, etc.) on the truck. Movers showed up right on schedule and cleared our packed belongings and furniture in under 2 hours. Similar story for unloading: they arrived right on time, and got all our stuff off the truck in 2 hours.
