The first time it happened, he picked us up and then headed to pick up another rider and they never came out and he started screaming and cursing. I had my son with me and we were both scared but I assumed he was just having a bad day. The second time it happened was because the door was stuck, and again he started screaming and cursing. My son was once again with me and we were very uncomfortable. This has made me never want to take a cab again.
