There are so many positive things to say about Olivia that I don't even know where to begin. From being a veteran and hilarious to making our house sparkle, she is AMAZING. Every nook and corner radiates her meticulous attention to detail. DO NOT HIRE! This company is fraud for what they charge with the results promised verse the reality of service. We originally hired this company to clean our home after renovations were complete. We had a contract for C&C to deep clean on Thursday, Feb 1st, and Friday, Feb 2nd. Monday the 5th was for carpet cleaning and quote "light dusting" because carpet cleaning can stir dust. The basement was "complete" to C&C standards, Friday the 2nd. As soon as the basement was complete I could wipe my hands across the basement wall resulting in my hand covered in dust. There were cobwebs on my fireplace. Lights and door handles were never touched. C&C is selling fraudulent services. read more

NO SHOW. I had an appointment scheduled for this past Wednesday morning at 11 AM to do carpet shampooing. Not only did they not show up, they did not return any of my messages that day nor the following day (I had to go elsewhere in the interim since I had already moved heavy furniture around to accommodate for their services). I had to reach out to them myself late afternoon yesterday to see if there was an acceptable reason for the No Show. There was not. She said her son was sick. I've had several professionals let me know ahead of time they needed to reschedule appointments for the very same reason. It's the respectable and professional thing to do as it affects the other person's schedule and day. It would have taken 30 seconds to inform me of this change, but she couldn't find 30 seconds in two days to do so. She opted to be a NO SHOW with NO RESPONSES to any of my messages wondering if she was coming or not. UNACCEPTABLE. UNFATHOMABLE. UNPROFESSIOANL BEYOND MEASURE. If you want a service that is professional and reliable, save yourself the time and trouble and go elsewhere. read more

They cleaned our house once, it was ok, other companies have done better. We asked to cancel then and over the course of 7-8 weeks they just kept pushing out appointments instead of removing us from the schedule. We were, of course, charged for this multiple times. When we called in they always told us we'd get a call back from management but we never did. When I was finally able to talk to a manager, 7 weeks after they cleaned our house, they refused to refund the $175 they charged that day. They said I signed an agreement for this but they have not been able to provide one to me. read more

Hired C&C Cleaning to do a one time move out cleaning and they delivered! From the estimate visit through the cleaning visit, they listened to us and were responsive, despite the fact that we had to reschedule several times. The reschedules were on us, but they were gracious and accomodating each time. The day of the cleaning the gals were very nice and made a point of listening to us and making us feel at ease. They did a great job and the house looked amazing when they were done. They were quick and efficient, it was a good experience all around. Thank you! read more

This company was hired to start cleaning my home in Oct. From the beginning, cleanings were mediocre and they broke a valuable picture in my office without so much as a heads up or apology. But I gave them grace - up to 3 cleanings - to shape up. When things were not improving, I contacted them to provide a 30 day notice to cancel. The cleaning I received after giving notice to cancel was worse than the 3 prior ones. Sure, they 'discounted' me $50 for the broken picture situation, but what I received was a $1.00 whore bath cleaning. I immediately contacted them and outlined everything that was missed/half-assed. No response. They sent their normal scheduling texts for the next cleaning, but no other messages until 12/18. When I called on 12/19 to find out why they were calling and to ask why they hadn't shown up for the last cleaning, I was hit with a very unprofessional 'we've been trying to reach you' and 'since we could not, we applied the cancellation fee for today'. When I asked why no voicemails were left if they 'had been trying to reach me', I couldn't get a straight answer. When I asked why they hadn't alternatively tried to reach me via email, still no answer except 'we tried'. The end of the year is my busiest time at work so if someone wants a response from me, they better damn well leave a message in some capacity. Is that any way to do business to call from random numbers, leave no messages and then hit someone with a cancellation fee (even though a 30 day notice was provided)? This company is unprofessional, rude and definitely not up to cleaning standards. If I could give them 0 stars, that would be more accurate. read more

Lack of communication and inappropriate follow up from their "management team". We were over charged for services we did not receive and were denied a refund after attempting to address our concerns. The absence of professionalism and discourtesy is reason enough to look elsewhere for a viable and trustworthy company. read more

Last year when I went back to work, I couldn't keep up with the house and it was really stressful. I called Sheila at C&C and they came out to do a walk-thru and give me an estimate. The price was definitely right and we scheduled an initial deep clean with monthly service. The crew came for our deep clean and they were incredibly thorough! I'm pretty sure my house has never been that clean! The attention to detail was amazing! The owner came and walked through the house with me after the crew finished, to be sure it was up to my standards as well as up to her own high standards. This really impressed me. The standards haven't dropped during our monthly cleanings at all. I come home after the ladies have been in our home and everything sparkles! They really take the time to do it right and it's really taken a huge burden off of my shoulders. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat! read more
